Residents of occupied units at The Ramford can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the condominium swimming pool serving the development at 6, 8 and 8A Rambai Road. Sessions remain subject to valid residential entitlement, resident-authorised entry, current management permission, safe conditions, learner needs and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent and is not affiliated with The Ramford, its developer, MCST, managing agent or management office. It cannot grant facility entitlement, admit visitors, approve an external coach, reserve a shared area or override condominium rules.

Confirm residential access and the exact pool
Current direct project records identify The Ramford as a completed 16-unit residential development from 2022, with three blocks, current resale listings and sale transaction activity through 2025. The facilities information explicitly identifies a swimming pool and separately identifies a jacuzzi and pool deck.
These facilities are not interchangeable. Lesson enquiries concern only the exact swimming pool that management confirms may be used for paid coaching. A jacuzzi must not be treated as an alternative teaching pool, while a pool deck does not prove water depth, available space or permission. Listing, viewing or visitor status alone does not establish pool access.
Before arranging a coach, the resident should confirm visitor registration, external-instructor declarations, permitted hours, booking procedures, equipment restrictions and temporary notices. The coach should check current operation, usable depth, water clarity, safe entry and exit, available practice space, crowding and weather procedures on the day. No dimensions, lane markings, standing depth, exclusive teaching area or guaranteed availability are assumed.
Children’s swimming lessons
A beginner may start with calm entry, water orientation, breathing control, balance and supported floating. Activities can progress to kicking, propulsion, coordinated strokes and safer independent movement as the learner demonstrates readiness and verified conditions permit.
One-to-one coaching may suit a first-time swimmer, nervous child or learner who benefits from close feedback. Sibling and small-group requests require compatible ability, confidence, goals, pace and supervision needs. Separate sessions may be recommended where grouping would reduce safety or productive practice time.
Parents should disclose relevant medical, sensory, mobility or learning needs before the first lesson. A responsible adult may still need to remain nearby under current condominium rules or the coach’s safety plan. Coaching does not replace active adult supervision outside lesson time.
Adult swimming lessons
Adult beginners can work progressively on confidence, controlled breathing, buoyancy, stable body position and relaxed movement. Returning swimmers may request confidence rebuilding, stroke feedback or a more consistent practice routine when the confirmed pool and shared-use environment support the goal.
The plan is adjusted after observing the swimmer. Progress depends on previous experience, attendance, practice, confidence and conditions. CondoSwimming.sg does not guarantee a fixed lesson count, particular stroke, distance or outcome.
SwimSafer-related practice
Private condo coaching may support practice of swimming and water-safety skills relevant to SwimSafer. It is not automatically official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Authorised programme arrangements remain separate, some activities may require another venue, and no stage result or certificate is promised.
Shared-pool safety and etiquette
Please provide the learner’s age group, current ability, objectives, preferred timing and support needs. The resident must confirm occupied-unit entitlement, authorised access and whether a paid external instructor is permitted.
Posted rules and on-site management directions take priority. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision. Coaching must pause during lightning alerts, poor visibility, unsafe crowding, contamination concerns or another hazard. Teaching aids should remain controlled, noise kept considerate and shared access routes left clear.
