About Bedok Swimming Complex
Heartbeat @ Bedok Swimming Complex is one of the swimming pools located in the East Region of Singapore, the swimming complex is a symbol of transformation and community-focused development in Singapore’s East Region. Opening of Bedok Swimming Complex: The complex was inaugurated in late 1981, the old complex was a place where many local residents learned to swim, The old Bedok Swimming Complex was officially closed and subsequently demolished to make way for a new era of integrated community services.
It is currently the second integrated community hub, housing its sports centre, public library, community club, polyclinic and senior care centre under one roof. With its impressive spread of facilities, amenities all together as one, it’s not hard to see that the new swimming complex is one of the top choices for the Bedok residents in the vicinity. It was built as part of a vision to offer more than just a sports facility. Transition to MyActiveSG+ Platform (August 2024).

- Direct Buses: Board bus numbers 14, 66, 69, 168, 222, or 228 and alight at the ‘Bedok Ctrl PO’ or ‘Opp Bedok Ctrl PO’ bus stops.From Bedok MRT Station: After exiting Bedok MRT Station (EW5), proceed to the Bedok Bus Interchange. From there, take bus 66, 69, 222, or 228 and alight at ‘Opp Bedok Ctrl PO’.
By MRT:
- Bedok MRT Station (EW5): Alight at Bedok MRT Station on the East-West Line. From the station, it’s approximately a 10-minute walk to the complex. Alternatively, you can transfer to the buses mentioned above at the Bedok Bus Interchange.
By Car:
- Via PIE: If you’re driving via the Pan Island Expressway (PIE), take the exit towards Bedok North Avenue 3. Turn right onto Bedok North Avenue 3, then make another right onto Bedok North Street 1. The complex will be on your left.Parking: Parking facilities are available within the Heartbeat @ Bedok complex. Please note that parking rates may apply. Parking at Heartbeat @ Bedok is charged at $0.02 per minute from 7:00 AM to 10:30 PM daily. Additionally, there is free parking available from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM on weekdays.
