CondoSwimming.sg helps Singapore residents arrange swimming lessons at the condominium pool they already use. We support toddlers, children, adults, ladies and learners with additional needs, subject to authorised pool access, learner suitability and coach availability.
A specialist focus on condominium pools
Condo lessons are different from classes at a public swimming complex. Access is controlled by each development, facilities are shared with residents, pool depths and layouts vary, and lesson times may be restricted. Our role is to help residents consider those practical details while looking for a suitable swimming coach.
CondoSwimming.sg does not represent any condominium, MCST, managing agent or management office. We cannot approve access or override a property’s by-laws.
Our coach-matching process
- Understand the learner: age, current ability, water confidence, goals and relevant support needs.
- Check the setting: condominium, pool access, suitable lesson area and management requirements.
- Review availability: preferred days, time windows, programme and any female-coach request.
- Confirm the arrangement: assigned coach, lesson format, package, policies and starting schedule.
- Review progress: goals and lesson priorities can be adjusted as the coach learns more about the swimmer.
A useful enquiry contains enough information for matching. It should not require the learner to commit before the essential arrangement is clear.
How to verify the assigned coach
Qualifications and experience differ between coaches. Before lessons begin, families may ask for the exact name of the assigned coach’s relevant teaching or coaching credential, issuing organisation and current status. They may also ask about first-aid, CPR or lifesaving preparation and experience with the learner’s age and goals.
Organisations referenced in Singapore swimming contexts may include NROC, SSI, STA, SSTA and Austswim, but their qualifications and scopes are not identical. A logo alone is not proof that a particular coach holds a current credential. Use our coach credentials and selection checklist.
What responsible coaching should look like
- Lesson goals and activities are explained in understandable language.
- The coach adapts to the learner’s confidence, ability and feedback.
- Pool rules, lightning alarms and management instructions are followed.
- Children have clear arrival, supervision and handover arrangements.
- Photographs are not taken or published without appropriate permission.
- Concerns can be raised without pressure or misleading guarantees.
Progress varies. We do not promise that every learner will reach a fixed result within a guaranteed number of lessons. Attendance, confidence, health, practice and individual development all affect progress.
Condo access and shared-pool etiquette
Residents are responsible for confirming that external paid coaching is permitted and arranging visitor registration. A lesson should not obstruct entrances, ladders, lap lanes or other residents. Equipment should be kept tidy and the coach must comply with the property’s current rules.

Safety, weather and learner information
Lessons must stop during lightning alerts, thunder, pool closure, contamination or another unsafe condition. The condominium’s warning and reopening procedure takes priority. Parents and learners should disclose relevant medical conditions, injuries, sensory needs, learning needs or significant water anxiety during the enquiry.

Published condo swimming lesson rates show the current programme and group-size options. Final confirmation should identify the package, duration, coach availability and relevant cancellation or replacement terms.
Coach availability, a particular gender request, condominium access, uninterrupted weather and a fixed learning timeline cannot be guaranteed. These limits should be understood before booking.
Questions or concerns
Ask for clarification if the assigned coach, qualification, lesson arrangement, fee or policy is unclear. If a concern arises after lessons begin, describe what happened, when it occurred and the outcome you are requesting so it can be reviewed properly.
