The Rainforest Swimming Lessons

Residents of The Rainforest can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed communal 50-metre lap pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers improving technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of The Rainforest, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve a lane. An eligible resident must confirm every current access and pool-use rule.

Confirm the communal 50-metre lap pool

Current exact-project records identify The Rainforest as an occupied 99-year leasehold executive condominium completed on 6 March 2015, with 466 units across nine Choa Chu Kang Avenue 3 blocks. A resident profile, nineteen active August 2026 sale listings and current rental inventory support continued occupation. Exact-project sources identify a 50-metre lap pool separately from multiple leisure and decorative water facilities.

This page proposes only the management-confirmed communal 50-metre lap pool as the teaching area. The fun pool, spa, wet lounge, relaxing lagoon, splash pool, shallow pool, bubble pool, reflective pool, hydrotherapy pool, bio-pond, fountain, waterfall and other decorative or private water areas are excluded. Management must identify the correct pool and confirm that instruction is permitted there.

Public records do not grant coach access or establish the current depth profile, maintenance condition, quieter periods or paid-coaching policy. Before booking, management should confirm occupied-unit entitlement, exact block, visitor procedure, permitted hours, external-coach policy and equipment or group-size restrictions. The coach should inspect visibility, entries, recovery edges, depth changes, deck clearance and resident activity. No exclusive lane should be assumed.

Children’s swimming lessons

Beginner coaching may develop safe entry and exit, controlled exhalation, comfortable immersion, floating, rotation and a reliable return to the wall. Once those foundations are dependable, practice may add alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over suitable distances in the verified lap pool.

A parent or authorised adult should manage access and handover and remain contactable. Medical, sensory, behavioural or previous water-safety needs should be disclosed beforehand so supervision, communication and pacing can be adapted.

Adult beginner and stroke coaching

Adult beginners may focus on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may work on efficiency, breathing rhythm, coordination, turns or pacing where shared lap-pool conditions support those goals.

Private coaching does not make the lap pool private. Training aids should remain compact, management-approved and clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment.

SwimSafer-related practice

Selected water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised when appropriate. A lesson at The Rainforest is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires a separately confirmed approved venue, registration and assessor arrangement.

Safety and considerate pool use

Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current guest, attire, supervision, noise, photography and equipment rules apply. Residents retain normal lap-pool use.

What to include in an enquiry
