Residents of The Quintet can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed communal swimming pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers improving technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of The Quintet, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. An eligible resident must confirm every current access and pool-use rule.

Confirm the communal swimming pool
Current exact-project records identify The Quintet as an occupied 99-year leasehold executive condominium completed on 23 October 2006, with 459 units across six Choa Chu Kang Street 64 blocks. A resident profile and active August 2026 sale and rental listings support continued occupation. The facility record identifies a swimming pool separately from a jacuzzi, fountain and water feature.
This page proposes only the management-confirmed communal swimming pool as the teaching area. The jacuzzi, fountain, water feature and any children’s, wading, spa, private, decorative or other non-swimming water area are excluded. Public descriptions do not prove current dimensions, depth, maintenance condition, quieter periods or external-coaching permission.
Management should confirm occupied-unit entitlement, exact block, visitor registration, permitted hours, external-coach policy and equipment or group-size limits. The coach should inspect visibility, entries, recovery edges, depth changes, deck clearance and resident activity. No exclusive lane should be assumed.
Children’s swimming lessons
Beginner coaching may develop safe entry and exit, controlled exhalation, comfortable immersion, floating, rotation and a reliable return to the wall. Once those foundations are dependable, practice may add alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over suitable distances in the verified pool.
A parent or authorised adult should manage access and handover and remain contactable. Medical, sensory, behavioural or previous water-safety needs should be disclosed beforehand so supervision, communication and pacing can be adapted.
Adult beginner and stroke coaching
Adult beginners may focus on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may work on efficiency, breathing rhythm, coordination, turns or pacing where shared conditions support those goals.
Private coaching does not make the pool private. Training aids should remain compact, management-approved and clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment.
SwimSafer-related practice
Selected water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised when appropriate. A lesson at The Quintet is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires a separately confirmed approved venue, registration and assessor arrangement.
Safety and considerate pool use
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current guest, attire, supervision, noise, photography and equipment rules apply. Residents retain normal pool use.
What to include in an enquiry
Share the learner’s age, current ability, goals, preferred schedule, occupied-unit entitlement, exact block and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission and the communal swimming pool before booking.
