Sims Edge residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the condominium on Geylang East Avenue 2. Coaching requires resident-authorised entry, current management permission, suitable pool conditions and an available coach matched to the learner.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent and is not affiliated with Sims Edge, its developer, MCST or managing agent. It cannot approve visitor access or override facility rules.

Confirm the teaching pool
The current direct project record identifies Sims Edge as a completed 78-unit, single-block development with active listings, a resident profile and sales and rentals through July 2026. Its facilities list includes a swimming pool, jacuzzi and pool deck.
The jacuzzi is not treated as a teaching pool, and the pool deck is not evidence about water depth or usable dimensions. The resident should confirm management permission. The coach must verify the permitted water area, current operation, depth transitions, visibility, safe access, crowding and lesson timing.
Children’s swimming lessons
Children may begin with safe entry, water orientation, relaxed breathing and supported balance. When ready, coaching can progress to floating, kicking, controlled propulsion and stroke coordination. Instruction should reflect actual confidence in the verified pool rather than an age-based assumption.
One-to-one coaching may suit a nervous beginner or learner needing close feedback. Sibling and small-group tuition requires compatible ability, confidence, goals, pace and supervision needs. Separate sessions may be recommended when grouping would reduce safety or learning quality.
Adult swimming lessons
Adult beginners can request a gradual introduction to breathing, buoyancy, stable body position and controlled movement. Returning swimmers may focus on confidence, coordination or technique correction when the shared pool has suitable space.
Progress varies with attendance, prior experience, confidence and individual considerations. CondoSwimming.sg does not guarantee a particular stroke, distance or result within a fixed lesson count.
SwimSafer boundaries
Private condo lessons may support practice of skills relevant to SwimSafer. They are not automatically official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification sessions. Authorised arrangements remain separate, some tasks may require another venue, and no stage outcome or certificate is promised.
Information needed
Please provide the learner’s age group, present ability, goals, preferred schedule and relevant medical, sensory, mobility or learning needs. The resident should confirm entitlement to arrange visitor entry and check current rules for paid external instructors.
Other practical points include visitor registration, permitted lesson hours, responsible-adult attendance, equipment restrictions, maintenance notices and lightning procedures. Management approval and coach availability remain independent requirements.
Shared-pool safety
Posted rules and on-site directions take priority. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision. A session must stop during lightning alerts, poor visibility, contamination concerns, unsafe crowding or another hazard.
Running, unsafe diving, unsupervised entry and breath-holding contests should be avoided. Equipment should stay tidy and clear of paths. Lessons should occupy only the area reasonably required and remain considerate of other residents.
Discuss Sims Edge lessons
CondoSwimming.sg can assess a possible format after receiving learner, access and management information. An enquiry does not imply endorsement by Sims Edge or reserve a coach automatically.
