Current exact-project records identify Seletaris as an occupied freehold condominium completed in January 2001, with 328 units at 501–513 Sembawang Road. A resident profile, active August 2026 listings, sales through 2026 and rentals through July 2026 support current occupation. Its facility records identify a swimming pool while separately listing a wading pool and jacuzzi.
This page proposes only the management-confirmed main communal swimming pool as the teaching area. The wading pool, jacuzzi and any decorative, private or non-swimming water area are excluded. Management should identify the correct pool entrance and verify that the proposed area is suitable for the learner’s size and ability.
