Yong An Park Swimming Lessons

Learning at the main communal pool

Current exact-project records identify Yong An Park as an occupied 288-unit, five-block condominium completed in 1986 and list a communal swimming pool. Those records do not establish the present water inventory, pool dimensions, depths or external-coach policy.

Only the management-confirmed main communal swimming pool is proposed. Any wading, children’s, spa, jacuzzi, fun, private, reflective, hydrotherapy, jet or decorative water is excluded. Current management information should confirm the complete water inventory, main-pool boundaries, usable teaching area, depth transitions, access route and coaching rules.

Children’s and adult lessons

Young beginners can develop safe entry and exit, breath control, floating, balance, recovery and early propulsion. Lessons may progress toward freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke foundations, coordinated breathing and age-appropriate water-safety habits.

Adults can start from complete beginner level, rebuild confidence after time away from swimming or improve technique and stamina. Nervous learners may begin with calm exhalation, supported balance and short controlled movement. Intermediate swimmers can work on body position, timing, efficiency and paced repeats when the confirmed pool space and resident use allow.

SwimSafer-related skills may be practised, but lessons at Yong An Park are not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Official stages and awards require an authorised programme and assessment venue.

Access and considerate use

Yong An Park is private residential property, not a public swimming complex. An eligible resident must confirm guest registration, external-coach permission, lesson hours, group-size limits and equipment restrictions with current management or security. Facility entitlement does not automatically authorise a coached session.

Lessons should use a compact area, avoid busy periods, control noise and equipment and yield promptly to residents. Management, security, privacy and photography requirements take priority. If external coaching is prohibited or the main pool is unsuitable, the lesson cannot proceed there.

Sessions stop during lightning risk, maintenance, contamination, poor visibility, unsafe deck conditions or official closure. No lifeguard is assumed. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision and a clear parent or guardian handover.

Before enquiring

Please provide the learner’s age, current ability, goals, preferred schedule, exact Yong An Park block and management’s latest external-coach position. Mention relevant medical conditions, injuries, sensory needs, learning needs or significant water anxiety.

Acceptance remains conditional on exact-project identity, occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, verified main-pool suitability, safe conditions and coach availability. Another permitted venue may be recommended if the pool is restricted, crowded or unsuitable.

Frequently asked questions

Can complete beginners learn at Yong An Park?

Possibly. A coach must first verify suitable depth, a safe teaching area and management permission. The plan is adjusted to the learner’s comfort and current ability.

Are lessons available for children and adults?

Enquiries are welcome for both. Content, duration and supervision depend on the learner, goals, pool configuration, access rules and coach availability.

Does an online pool listing mean coaching is allowed?

No. It supports facility research only. Current management or the authorised security process must confirm whether an external coach may enter and conduct a lesson.

Can a non-resident arrange a session?

Not independently. A session must be tied to an eligible occupied unit, authorised by a resident and allowed under current management and security rules.
