Shared pool only—not private pools
Exact-project sources describe White House Residences as a completed 12-unit strata development. Evidence indicates that eight residential units share a common swimming pool, while strata semi-detached homes have their own private pools. This distinction is essential.
Only the management-confirmed shared communal pool serving eligible units is proposed for assessment. Every private pool attached to a house or unit is excluded. CondoSwimming.sg will not arrange entry to a private pool based on a general location-page enquiry, and a resident of one housing type must not assume entitlement to another pool.
Management should confirm the exact unit category, shared-facility entitlement, access route, guest policy, pool boundaries, dimensions, depths and external-coach rules. A listing that mentions a pool does not prove that it is communal or available for coaching.
Lessons for children and adults
When the shared pool is confirmed suitable, young beginners can learn safe entry and exit, breath control, floating, balance, recovery and early propulsion. Lessons may progress toward freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke foundations, coordinated breathing and safe behaviour around a residential pool.
Adults can begin from complete beginner level, rebuild confidence or improve technique and stamina. Nervous learners may start with calm exhalation, supported balance and short controlled movement. Intermediate swimmers may work on timing and paced repeats when the confirmed communal space allows.
SwimSafer-related skills may be practised, but lessons at White House Residences are not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Official stages and awards require an authorised programme and assessment venue.
Access, privacy and etiquette
This is a small private development. An eligible resident must confirm entitlement to the shared pool, guest registration, external-coach permission, lesson hours, group-size limits and equipment rules. A resident’s ownership or tenancy does not automatically authorise coaching or access to a privately owned pool.
Lessons should use minimal space, avoid busy periods, control noise and equipment and yield to residents. Privacy is especially important near private homes. Photography, video and circulation outside the authorised communal route are prohibited unless the necessary permissions are obtained.
Sessions stop during lightning risk, maintenance, contamination, poor visibility, unsafe deck conditions or closure. No lifeguard is assumed. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision and an agreed parent or guardian handover.
