Current exact-project records identify Westcove Condominium as an occupied 99-year leasehold development completed in 1998, with 234 units across four West Coast Crescent blocks. Active August 2026 sale and rental evidence supports current occupation. The facility record identifies a swimming pool separately from a wading pool, jacuzzi and fountain.
Only the management-confirmed main swimming pool may be considered for teaching. The wading pool, jacuzzi, fountain and any children’s, spa, fun, private or decorative water areas are excluded. Their presence does not establish the teaching pool’s current depth, dimensions, condition or external-coaching policy.
Management should confirm occupied-unit entitlement, exact block, resident-authorised access, visitor registration, approved pool, external-coach policy, permitted hours and equipment limits. Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current attire, supervision, guest, noise, photography and equipment rules apply. Residents retain ordinary pool use.
