Valley Park Swimming Lessons

Residents of Valley Park can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in a management-confirmed main communal swimming pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers refining technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Valley Park, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. Every visit requires an eligible occupied unit and resident authorisation.

Select one approved main communal pool

Current exact-project sources identify Valley Park as an occupied 999-year leasehold condominium along River Valley Road, completed in 1997 with 728 homes. Current August 2026 listings support continuing occupation. Multiple exact-project sources identify communal swimming facilities, and current listing material refers to three upgraded swimming pools. Other sources separately identify a wading pool, spa or jacuzzi.

The number or size of advertised pools does not by itself establish where teaching is allowed. Only one management-confirmed main communal swimming pool should be selected for a lesson. The wading pool, spa, jacuzzi and every children’s, fun, private or decorative water area are excluded. If management classifies one of the larger pools primarily for leisure rather than instruction, that decision must be followed.

Management and the coach should verify the selected pool’s usable length and width, depth profile, safe entries, recovery edges, visibility, depth transitions, deck clearance, water condition and resident traffic. Public information does not establish each pool’s current dimensions, depth, quiet periods, lane availability, lifeguard provision or permission for paid external coaching.

Management should also confirm the exact occupied unit, access entitlement, visitor registration, external-coach rules, approved teaching pool and zone, permitted hours, supervision duties and equipment or group-size limits. No exclusive lane, reserved area or private use should be assumed. If management changes the approved pool, the coach must reassess conditions before continuing.

Children’s swimming lessons

Beginner sessions may develop safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a dependable return to the wall. Stable foundations can lead to alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances appropriate to the learner and the verified teaching pool.

A parent or authorised adult resident should arrange entry and handover, remain contactable and follow current supervision requirements. Share medical, sensory, behavioural or earlier water-safety needs beforehand so pacing, communication and supervision can be adapted. Progress depends on readiness and consistent practice rather than a promised timetable.

Children should not wait or practise in the wading pool, spa, jacuzzi or any other excluded water area during a CondoSwimming.sg lesson. The presence of a wading pool does not mean it is approved for instruction.

Adult beginners and stroke improvement

Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on body position, breathing rhythm, coordination or efficiency when actual pool conditions safely support the objective. Turns, diving and longer repeats should wait until the selected pool’s current dimensions, depths and resident traffic are checked.

Approved teaching aids must remain clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment. Where several main-sized pools are available, the quietest-looking option should not be chosen without management approval.

SwimSafer-related practice

Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised at Valley Park. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.

Weather, safety and shared use

Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Follow current guest, attire, noise, photography and equipment rules. Coaching should move, reduce scope, pause or end whenever resident activity prevents safe and considerate shared use.

What to include in an enquiry

Share the learner’s age, ability, objectives, preferred timing, exact occupied unit and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the selected main communal pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
