Residents of The Visionaire can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the executive condominium’s communal lap pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers refining technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of The Visionaire, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve a lane. An eligible resident must confirm all current rules.

Confirm the communal lap pool
Current exact-project records identify The Visionaire as an occupied 99-year leasehold executive condominium completed in June 2018, with 632 units across sixteen Canberra Drive blocks. Extensive active August 2026 inventory, June 2026 sales and current rental evidence support occupation. BCA’s exact-project record confirms a communal swimming pool, while current project material identifies a lap pool separately from a spa pool.
This page proposes only the management-confirmed communal lap pool as the teaching area. The spa pool, jacuzzi, hydro-spa and any family, decorative, private or non-swimming water area are excluded. Management should identify the correct pool entrance and confirm the precise lesson area.
Public records do not grant coach access or establish the current depth profile, maintenance condition, quieter periods or paid-coaching policy. Before booking, management should confirm the exact block, visitor procedure, permitted hours, external-coach policy and equipment or group-size restrictions. The coach should inspect visibility, entries, recovery edges, depth changes, deck clearance and resident activity. No exclusive lane should be assumed.
Children’s swimming lessons
Beginner coaching may build safe entry and exit, controlled exhalation, comfortable immersion, floating, rotation and return to a secure wall. Once those foundations are reliable, practice may add alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances suited to the verified lap pool.
A parent or authorised adult should manage access and handover and remain contactable. Medical, sensory, behavioural or previous water-safety needs should be disclosed beforehand so supervision, pacing and communication can be adapted.
Adult beginner and stroke coaching
Adults learning from the beginning may focus on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may work on efficiency, breathing rhythm, coordination, turns or pacing where the lap-pool layout and shared conditions support those goals.
Private coaching does not make the lap pool private. Training aids should remain compact, management-approved and clear of entries and emergency equipment.
SwimSafer-related practice
Selected water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised when appropriate. A lesson at The Visionaire is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires a separately confirmed approved venue, registration and assessor arrangement.
Safety and considerate pool use
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current guest, attire, supervision, noise, photography and equipment rules apply. Residents retain normal lap-pool use.
What to include in an enquiry
Share the learner’s age, present ability, goals, preferred schedule, occupied-unit entitlement, exact block and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission and the communal lap pool before booking.
