Residents of The Verve can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at their condominium pool at 23 Jalan Rajah. Every session remains subject to authorised entry, current management rules, an appropriate part of the aquatic area, learner needs, weather and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of The Verve, its developer, MCST and managing agent. A resident should confirm visitor registration and whether paid coaching is permitted before arranging a lesson.

Ask about The Verve swimming lessons.
Select the appropriate pool area
Current project records list lap, swimming and wading pools at this completed 106-unit development. Those labels do not establish the present dimensions, depths, separation between water areas, opening status or suitability for a particular learner.
Before the first session, inspect the management-approved water for entry design, visibility, depth transitions, underwater ledges and a dependable recovery edge. A nervous beginner needs a position where standing or assisted recovery is genuinely suitable. A more independent swimmer may use a longer clear section only when it is safe and does not disrupt residents.
Do not assume that every listed water feature is available for instruction. The separately listed jacuzzi is not presented as teaching water.
Learning in a shared condo pool
Early lessons may cover safe entry, breathing control, immersion, floating, rotation, short propulsion and returning to the wall. Progress should follow calm control and repeatable recovery, not forced distance.
More confident learners can work on body alignment, freestyle breathing, backstroke, breaststroke timing, turns and paced repeats. Distances, directions and equipment should change when other residents enter the working area. A coach booking never creates a private lane or reserves the pool.
For children, the accompanying adult should understand the meeting point and remain reachable. Adults returning to swimming can request a gradual plan built around confidence, breathing and efficient movement.
Confirm the correct development and access route
The Verve is the single-block development at 23 Jalan Rajah, completed in 2012. It should not be confused with similarly named properties or with nearby Jalan Raja Udang developments.
The resident should provide the authorised entrance, visitor-registration procedure, lift or stair route to the pool deck and a precise meeting point. Confirm current rules covering instructors, guests, equipment, photography, noise, footwear, operating hours and child supervision. Marketing descriptions cannot replace current management instructions.
Safety and SwimSafer expectations
Pause for lightning, heavy rain, poor visibility, contamination, maintenance, crowding or a management direction. Keep kickboards and other equipment together, leave circulation routes clear and avoid glass near the pool. Share relevant medical, sensory, behavioural or water-confidence information before the lesson.
Selected SwimSafer-related foundations may be practised when conditions allow. Formal SwimSafer assessment or certification is not automatically available at The Verve and must not be promised from a normal condo lesson enquiry.
What to include in your enquiry
Send the learner’s age, current ability, goals, preferred days and times, resident status, approved entrance, visitor process and any relevant safety needs. Mention whether management has confirmed paid-coach access and which pool area it permits.
