Residents of The Skywoods may enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in a management-confirmed main swimming pool. Sessions may suit children, adult beginners and improving swimmers, subject to exact-block confirmation, occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of The Skywoods, its developer, owners, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, reserve facilities or approve an external coach. A current resident must arrange authorised access, and management must permit the activity.

Confirm the correct teaching pool
Exact-project records identify The Skywoods as a completed 420-unit, multi-block residence at Dairy Farm Heights. Current sale and rental listings support continuing occupation. Its recorded water facilities include a rooftop pool, jet pool and wading pool, while the project brochure depicts a swimming pool.
Management must identify whether the rooftop pool or another currently designated main swimming pool is suitable and permitted for instruction. The jet pool, wading pool and any children’s, spa, jacuzzi, fun, private, reflective, hydrotherapy or decorative water are excluded. Permission for one pool does not authorise movement to another water area.
No reliable current dimensions, depths or lane markings were verified. Include the resident’s exact block and authorised facility route in the enquiry.
Access and on-site suitability
Confirm external-coach rules, visitor registration, operating hours, bookings, participant limits, equipment restrictions, supervision requirements and quiet periods. Resident invitation does not itself authorise paid instruction.
Inspect water clarity, entries, recovery edges, depth transitions, deck clearance, exposure and the usable swimming path before every session. Rooftop wind or weather may affect suitability. Adapt, postpone or use another approved venue when the pool is crowded, under maintenance, weather-affected, too shallow or unsuitable. Estate instructions take priority.
Children’s lessons
Children may practise safe entry and exit, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and returning to an edge. Learners with sound foundations may develop alignment, kicking, coordinated arms, breathing and continuous swimming. A parent or authorised adult resident should arrange access and handover, remain present or immediately contactable, and disclose relevant medical or water-safety needs.
The wading and jet pools are excluded. Lessons stay within the inspected management-approved swimming pool and use a compact footprint.
Adult beginner and technique coaching
Adult beginners may progress from gradual immersion and relaxation toward balance, flotation, standing recovery and short controlled travel. Existing swimmers may refine body position, propulsion, rhythm and breathing. No exclusive lane or uninterrupted training time is promised.
Diving, racing starts, forceful turns and prolonged underwater work require verified depth, clear space, learner readiness and explicit permission. Shared residential use takes priority.
SwimSafer-related practice
Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised when the verified main pool supports them. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separate registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.
Safety and enquiry details
Stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong exposure, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, crowding or management instruction. Keep aids clear of entries and emergency equipment, minimise noise and protect privacy.
Share the learner’s age, ability, goals, timing, exact block, occupied-unit connection and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident access, management permission, suitable-main-pool identity, rooftop/jet/wading separation and coach availability.
