The Seawind Swimming Lessons

Residents of The Seawind may enquire about private swimming lessons at a management-confirmed communal lap pool, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, current conditions and coach availability. The exact Lorong M Telok Kurau block and unit must be confirmed before booking.

CondoSwimming.sg is an independent swimming lesson provider. It is not affiliated with Far East Organization, the management corporation, managing agent or official representatives of The Seawind. This page does not imply approval, endorsement or guaranteed access.

The Seawind Swimming Lessons

Selecting the correct swimming pool

The Seawind is a completed and occupied 222-unit multi-block development. The developer’s current page confirms swimming pools, a children’s pool and hydrotherapy water. Current transaction records extend through July 2026, while current project records identify a lap pool, spa pool and wading pool.

Only a current management-confirmed communal lap pool is proposed for lessons. No dimension, depth, lane length or uninterrupted teaching area is assumed. Management should confirm which pool is the operational lap pool, its boundaries, usable length, depths, correct block access route, maintenance status and external-coach rules.

The children’s pool, spa pool, wading pool, hydrotherapy pool, harbour spa and aqua lounger are excluded. Every other spa, jacuzzi, fun, private, reflective, jet or decorative water area is also excluded.

Lessons for children and adults

Children can develop safe entry and exit, breath control, floating, balance, recovery and early propulsion. Lessons may progress toward stroke foundations, coordinated breathing and age-appropriate water-safety habits where the confirmed lap-pool space permits.

Adults can begin as complete beginners, rebuild confidence or improve technique and stamina. Nervous learners may start with calm exhalation, supported balance and short controlled movements. Intermediate work depends on verified pool dimensions and shared use.

SwimSafer-related skills may be practised, but lessons at The Seawind are not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Official stages and awards require an authorised programme and assessment venue.

Multi-block access and etiquette

The Seawind is private residential property, not a public swimming complex. An eligible occupied-unit resident must confirm facility entitlement, correct access route, guest registration, external-coach permission, lesson hours, group-size limits and equipment restrictions with current management or security.

Lessons should use a compact area, avoid busy periods, control noise and yield to residents. Sessions stop during lightning risk, maintenance, contamination, unsafe deck conditions or official closure. No lifeguard is assumed; children and non-swimmers require active supervision.

Before enquiring

Please provide the learner’s age, ability, goals, preferred schedule, exact block and unit, resident entitlement and management’s current external-coach position. Acceptance remains conditional on resident-authorised access, management permission, verified lap-pool suitability, safe conditions and coach availability.
