The Rise at Oxley Swimming Lessons

Residents of The Rise at Oxley can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed resident swimming pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers improving technique, subject to occupied residential-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of The Rise at Oxley, its developer, MCST, commercial occupants and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. An eligible occupied residential unit and resident authorisation must support every visit.

Confirm residential access and the pool

Developer and current exact-project evidence identifies The Rise at Oxley as an occupied freehold mixed development at 71, 73 and 73A Oxley Rise, with 120 residential units and two levels of commercial units. Rentals and sales through July 2026 support current residential occupation. Developer evidence identifies a swimming pool and separate jacuzzi, while a project brochure also refers to a spa pool.

Only the management-confirmed resident swimming pool is proposed for instruction. The jacuzzi or spa pool and every retail-accessible, wading, children’s, fun, private or decorative water area are excluded. Commercial access must never be treated as residential pool entitlement.

Management and the coach should verify usable length and width, depth, safe entries, recovery edges, visibility, depth transitions, deck clearance, water condition and resident traffic. Public information does not establish quiet periods, lifeguard coverage, lane availability or permission for paid external coaching.

Management should also confirm occupied residential-unit entitlement, exact unit, resident-authorised access, visitor registration, external-coach policy, approved teaching zone, permitted hours, supervision duties and equipment or group-size limits. No exclusive lane, reserved area or private use should be assumed.

Children’s swimming lessons

Beginner sessions may develop safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a dependable return to the wall. When foundations are stable, teaching can add alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances appropriate to the learner and verified pool.

A parent or authorised adult resident should arrange access and handover, remain contactable and follow current supervision requirements. Medical, sensory, behavioural or earlier water-safety needs should be shared beforehand so pacing, communication and supervision can be adapted. Progress depends on readiness and consistent practice rather than a promised timetable.

Children should not wait or practise in the spa pool, jacuzzi, commercial area or any unverified shallow or decorative water area as part of a CondoSwimming.sg lesson.

Adult beginners and stroke improvement

Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on body position, breathing rhythm, coordination or efficiency when the confirmed resident pool safely supports the objective. Turns, longer repeats and pace work should wait until dimensions and resident traffic are checked.

The first lesson should match tasks to confidence and actual conditions. Approved aids must stay clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment.

SwimSafer-related practice

Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised at The Rise at Oxley. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.

Weather, safety and shared use

Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Follow current residential access, guest, attire, noise, photography and equipment rules. Keep belongings clear of steps, entrances and recovery edges. Coaching should move, shrink, pause or end whenever resident activity prevents safe and considerate shared use.

What to include in an enquiry

Share the learner’s age, ability, objectives, preferred timing, occupied residential-unit entitlement, exact unit and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the management-selected resident swimming pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
