The Quartz Swimming Lessons

The Quartz residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the condominium’s main communal swimming pool. Coaching may support children, adult beginners and swimmers improving technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, the correct block and pool area, suitable conditions and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of The Quartz, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve the pool. An eligible resident must verify current requirements.

Use the main swimming pool

Current records identify The Quartz as a completed 625-unit condominium across 12 Compassvale Bow blocks, with TOP in 2009. A resident profile, 14 active August 2026 sale listings and June and July 2026 transactions support occupation. Exact-project sources identify a swimming pool separately from a spa pool, children’s or wading pool, bubble pool, water feature and feature pond.

The main swimming pool is the relevant candidate for instruction. Other water areas must not be represented as interchangeable teaching venues. Published records do not establish available lane space, exact depth, current water condition or permission for commercial coaching.

Management should confirm visitor registration, authorised hours and the precise pool area. The coach should inspect visibility, safe entries, recovery edges, depth transitions, deck conditions and resident activity before instruction.

Children’s swimming lessons

Beginner sessions may develop safe entry and exit, controlled bubbles, comfortable immersion, supported floating, rotation and return to a secure edge. Progress may then include alignment, kicking, coordinated arms and breathing over manageable distances.

A parent or authorised adult should manage handover and remain contactable. Relevant medical, sensory, behavioural or previous water-safety needs should be disclosed before coaching.

Adult beginner and stroke coaching

Adults new to swimming may focus on relaxation, breath control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and short repeatable travel. Existing swimmers may work on efficiency, coordination, breathing rhythm, turns or pacing where shared-pool conditions support useful practice.

Private instruction does not provide an exclusive lane. Equipment must remain compact and clear of entries, resident routes and emergency facilities.

SwimSafer-related practice

Selected water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised where appropriate. A lesson at The Quartz is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires a separately confirmed approved venue, registration and assessor arrangement.

Safety and residential etiquette

Coaching should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current guest, attire, noise, supervision, equipment and photography rules apply. Residents retain normal use.

What to include in an enquiry

Share the learner’s age, ability, goals, preferred schedule, occupied-unit entitlement, exact block and safety needs. Confirm external-coach permission, visitor procedures and the authorised main pool.
