The Nassim Swimming Lessons

The Nassim residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the development’s residential pool. Sessions depend on authorised entry, current estate rules, suitable water space, learner needs and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of The Nassim, Nassim Hill Realty, the MCST and managing agent. A resident should confirm visitor registration and paid-coaching requirements before booking.

Plan around the 50-metre pool

The development’s current facilities page identifies a 50-metre swimming pool at this completed 55-home, eight-block estate. It also lists an outdoor jacuzzi, reflective pool and water-play area. These are separate water settings and should not be treated as interchangeable.

Before planning length-based work, the coach should verify current markings, unobstructed distance, entries, walls, depths, visibility, circulation and safe recovery points. A published 50-metre length does not create a reserved lane.

Choose family water carefully

The water-play area may support selected confidence activities only if its present depth, features and management rules suit the learner. It is not automatically a stroke-teaching pool.

Beginners should remain in water appropriate to confidence and standing ability, close to a reliable wall. Keep lessons away from the outdoor jacuzzi and reflective pool.

Confirm the correct Nassim development

The Nassim is a low-rise estate at Nassim Hill and is distinct from 19 Nassim, Nassim Park Residences, Nassim Mansion and other similarly named properties. The resident should provide the authorised entrance, block, visitor procedure and exact pool-deck meeting point.

Keep equipment compact, preserve resident circulation and pause for lightning, heavy rain, poor visibility, contamination, maintenance, crowding or management instructions. A parent or authorised adult should remain contactable during a child’s lesson.

Suitable lesson pathways

Where conditions permit, beginners may practise safe entry, breathing, immersion, floating, rotation, assisted propulsion and edge recovery. Independent swimmers can refine freestyle breathing, backstroke alignment, breaststroke timing, pacing and repeat consistency. Adults may begin with water confidence or improve sustainable technique.

Selected SwimSafer-related foundations may be practised. Formal assessment or certification is not automatically available at The Nassim.

What to include in an enquiry

Share age, current ability, goals, preferred times, resident status, block, visitor procedure, chosen pool area and relevant medical, sensory or safety needs. Confirm management permission first.

Frequently asked questions

Does The Nassim have a 50-metre pool?

Yes. Its current facilities page identifies one. Present usable length, markings and depths require verification.

Can lessons use the water-play area?

Only if its current depth, features and rules suit the learner. It is not automatically appropriate.

Can the reflective pool or jacuzzi be used?

No. They are decorative or wellness water rather than normal teaching pools.

Is this 19 Nassim?

No. The Nassim and 19 Nassim are separate developments with separate access.
