Use the main pool, not leisure water
Exact-project sources identify The Meyerise as a completed 239-unit residence at 93, 95 and 97 Meyer Road. Active sale and rental listings support continuing occupation. Facility records distinguish a swimming pool from a wading pool and jacuzzi; another exact-project source also describes children’s and fun pools.
This proposal applies only to the management-confirmed main swimming pool. The wading pool, children’s pool, fun pool, jacuzzi and any spa, chaise, private, reflective, hydrotherapy, jet or decorative water are excluded. Published dimensions and labels can become outdated, so management must confirm the current pool layout, depth conditions and instructional boundary.
Estate approval and on-site check
Confirm external-coach rules, visitor registration, operating hours, bookings, participant limits, equipment restrictions, supervision requirements and any quiet periods. An invitation from a resident does not by itself authorise paid instruction.

Diving, racing starts, forceful turns and prolonged underwater drills are not presumed safe. They require verified depth, clear space, readiness and explicit permission. Lessons should never occupy leisure basins or obstruct residents using the deck and main pool.

Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised when the verified main pool supports them. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separate registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.
