The Merasaga Swimming Lessons

Residents of The Merasaga can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed main communal swimming pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers refining technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of The Merasaga, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. Every visit requires an eligible occupied unit and resident authorisation.

Confirm the communal pool on site

Current exact-project sources identify The Merasaga as an occupied 99-year leasehold condominium at 23 to 27 Jalan Merah Saga, completed in 1995 with 116 homes across three blocks. Current project pages show sale and rental availability, and current accommodation evidence supports continuing occupation. Multiple exact-project sources identify a communal swimming pool.

Only the management-confirmed main communal swimming pool is proposed for instruction. Every wading, children’s, spa, jacuzzi, fun, private or decorative water area is excluded, even if one is present but omitted from public amenity lists. The reviewed records do not establish the pool’s current usable length, width, depth profile, lane markings or suitability for an external coach.

Management and the coach should verify dimensions, depths and transitions, safe entries, recovery edges, visibility, water condition, deck clearance and resident traffic. They should confirm that the selected teaching zone is part of the main communal pool and not a shallow shelf or leisure feature. Public sources do not establish lifeguard provision, maintenance status, quiet periods, lane availability or current coaching rules.

Management should confirm the exact occupied unit and block, access entitlement, visitor registration, external-coach policy, permitted hours, approved teaching zone, equipment restrictions and supervision or group-size limits. No exclusive lane, reserved area or private use should be assumed.

Children’s swimming lessons

Beginner sessions may develop safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a dependable return to the wall. Once those foundations are stable, learners can practise alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances appropriate to their readiness and the verified pool.

A parent or authorised adult resident should arrange access and handover, remain contactable and follow current supervision requirements. Share medical, sensory, behavioural or earlier water-safety needs before lessons so communication, pacing and supervision can be adapted. Progress varies between learners and should not be tied to a guaranteed timetable.

Children should not wait or practise in any shallow, leisure, spa or other excluded water area during a CondoSwimming.sg lesson.

Adult beginners and stroke improvement

Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breath control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on body position, breathing rhythm, coordination or efficiency where verified dimensions, depths and resident traffic safely support the objective. Diving, turns and longer repeats require a suitable, checked layout.

Approved teaching aids must remain clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment. The pool remains a shared residential amenity, so coaching should reduce scope, move or pause whenever safe separation from other users cannot be maintained.

SwimSafer-related practice

Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised at The Merasaga. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.

Weather, safety and shared use

Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Follow current guest, attire, noise, photography and equipment rules. A coach may move, reduce, pause or end an activity whenever conditions become unsuitable.

What to include in an enquiry

Share the learner’s age, ability, objectives, preferred timing, exact occupied unit and block, and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the main communal swimming pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
