Current exact-project records identify The Mayfair as an occupied 99-year leasehold condominium completed in January 2000, with 452 units across five Jurong East Street 32 blocks. Extensive active August 2026 sale and rental listings support continued occupation. The facility record identifies a swimming pool separately from a wading pool and jacuzzi.
This page proposes only the management-confirmed main communal swimming pool as the teaching area. The wading pool, jacuzzi and any children’s, spa, private, decorative or other non-swimming water area are excluded.
