BBR Holdings confirms that The LINQ obtained Temporary Occupation Permit on 5 November 2024. The development combines 120 residential units with a two-storey commercial podium. Published project materials identify a fifth-storey facilities deck with a 30-metre lap pool, children’s pool and aqua-gym area.
The commercial areas and residential facilities have different access purposes. Public access to shops or dining does not grant a visiting coach entry to the fifth-storey pool deck.
