The Lattiz Swimming Lessons

The Lattiz residents can enquire about private swimming lessons at the condominium swimming pool. Coaching requires an occupied unit’s facility entitlement, resident-authorised entry, current management permission for an external coach, safe pool conditions and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent from The Lattiz, its developer, MCST, managing agent and management office. It cannot grant access, reserve the pool or override property rules.

Confirm permission and small-pool suitability

Current property records identify The Lattiz as a completed 15-unit residential development in one block at 3D Lorong Salleh. The direct project record reports a 2011 TOP, current market and rental activity and a communal swimming pool among the facilities.

That evidence supports a location-specific page but does not authorise paid coaching. A resident should ask management whether an external coach is allowed, how visitor registration works, whether a booking is required, which teaching hours apply and whether equipment, group-size or supervision limits are in force.

The Lattiz is a very small development. A swimming-pool label does not prove ample teaching space, safe depth or quiet conditions. Public sources do not reliably establish current dimensions, lane markings, standing areas or operating condition. The coach must inspect safe access, usable depth, visibility, weather, crowding and surrounding activity before teaching. No private lane, exclusive section or continuous-distance suitability is promised.

Children’s swimming lessons

A beginner may start with calm entry, orientation, face wetting, controlled breathing, supported balance and floating. Kicking, propulsion, recovery to standing, coordinated strokes and safer independent movement can follow progressively when the learner is ready and the verified pool supports each activity.

One-to-one coaching may suit a nervous child or a learner needing close feedback. Siblings or a small resident group can be considered when ages, confidence, abilities, goals, pace and supervision needs align. Limited usable space or significant differences may require separate sessions.

Parents should disclose relevant medical, sensory, mobility or learning considerations in advance. A responsible adult may need to remain nearby depending on the learner, condominium requirements and the coach’s safety plan. Lessons support skill development but do not replace active adult supervision outside coaching time.

Adult beginner and stroke coaching

Adults new to swimming can build confidence through breathing control, buoyancy, stable body position and relaxed movement. Returning swimmers may work on coordination, efficiency or confidence rebuilding where the authorised shared pool safely supports the goal. Longer-distance or advanced stroke work may require another venue if the pool is unsuitable.

Progress varies with health, attendance, practice and conditions. CondoSwimming.sg does not guarantee a fixed lesson count, stroke, distance or outcome.

SwimSafer-related practice

Private coaching may support selected skills relevant to SwimSafer. It is not automatically official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal arrangements remain separate, some components may require another venue, and no certificate is promised through lessons at The Lattiz.

Shared-pool safety and etiquette

Management notices, staff instructions and posted rules take priority. Equipment should remain controlled, access routes clear and normal resident use respected. Lightning, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or another hazard requires the lesson to pause, adapt or be rescheduled.
