Residents of The Boutiq can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed lap pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers improving technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of The Boutiq, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. Every visit must be supported by an eligible occupied unit and resident authorisation.

Confirm access and the lap pool
Current exact-project evidence identifies The Boutiq as an occupied freehold 130-unit development completed in 2014 at 143 and 145 Killiney Road. Current 2026 sale and rental listings support occupation. Project, architecture and listing sources identify a communal lap pool, while the broader facility scheme also includes a water court, hydrotherapy lounge, aqua gym, spa sanctuary and other water-related features.
Only the management-confirmed lap pool is proposed for instruction. The water court, hydrotherapy lounge, aqua gym, spa sanctuary and every wading, children’s, jacuzzi, fun, private or decorative water area are excluded. A lap-pool label does not prove current usable length, depth or suitability for every learner and objective.
Before booking, management and the coach should verify usable length and width, depth, safe entries, recovery edges, visibility, depth transitions, deck clearance, water condition and resident traffic. Public information does not establish quiet periods, lifeguard coverage, lane availability or permission for paid external coaching.
Management should also confirm occupied-unit entitlement, exact unit, resident-authorised access, visitor registration, external-coach policy, approved teaching zone, permitted hours, supervision duties and equipment or group-size limits. No exclusive lane, reserved space or private use should be assumed.
Children’s swimming lessons
Beginner sessions may build safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a reliable return to the wall. When foundations are stable, lessons can add alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances suitable for the learner and verified pool.
A parent or authorised adult resident should organise access and handover, remain contactable and follow current supervision requirements. Medical, sensory, behavioural or previous water-safety needs should be disclosed beforehand so pacing, communication and supervision can be adapted. Progress depends on readiness and consistent practice rather than a guaranteed timetable.
Children should not wait or practise in the water court, hydrotherapy lounge, aqua gym, spa sanctuary or any other excluded water area as part of a CondoSwimming.sg lesson.
Adult beginners and stroke improvement
Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on body position, breathing rhythm, coordination and efficiency when the confirmed lap pool safely supports the goal. Turns, longer repeats and pace work should wait until usable dimensions and resident activity are checked.
The first session should match tasks to confidence and actual conditions. Approved aids must remain clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment.
SwimSafer-related practice
Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised at The Boutiq. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.
Weather, safety and considerate use
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Follow current resident access, guest, attire, noise, photography and equipment rules.
Keep belongings clear of steps, entrances and recovery edges. Coaching should move, shrink, pause or end whenever resident activity makes safe separation or considerate shared use impractical.
What to include in an enquiry
Share the learner’s age, current ability, objectives, preferred timing, occupied-unit entitlement, exact unit and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the management-selected lap pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
