The Azzuro Swimming Lessons

Residents of The Azzuro can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the development’s communal pool at 113 Lorong H Telok Kurau. Sessions may support children, adults learning from the beginning and swimmers refining technique, subject to authorised access, current management permission and suitable conditions.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of The Azzuro, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot provide entry, approve commercial coaching or reserve the pool. An eligible resident must arrange access and confirm the current rules before a booking is accepted.

Verify the swimming pool and current conditions

Current direct-project records identify The Azzuro as a 15-unit development at 113 Lorong H Telok Kurau, with an owner-and-tenant resident profile and recent rental activity. Multiple exact-project sources list a swimming pool and a jacuzzi as separate facilities.

The jacuzzi should not be treated as teaching space. The coach and resident should confirm that the communal swimming pool is the approved water area and inspect its current depths, dimensions, entry points, recovery edges, visibility and available deck space. A listed amenity does not establish exclusive use or permission for an external coach.

Because this is a small development, the session plan should be especially responsive to residents sharing the facility. Management restrictions, maintenance and current pool use take priority over any plan described here.

Children’s swimming lessons

Introductory coaching may cover safe entry and exit, controlled exhalation, comfortable immersion, floating, rotation, assisted movement and return to a dependable edge. Later sessions can develop body alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing after calm control becomes consistent.

A parent or authorised adult should complete the handover and remain reachable. The coach should know about relevant medical, sensory, behavioural or confidence needs. Activities may be moved, shortened or stopped if available space becomes unsuitable.

Adult beginner and improvement lessons

Adults beginning to swim can work privately on comfort, breathing, balance and short controlled movement. More experienced swimmers may refine efficiency, breathing rhythm, turns or pacing if the communal pool configuration supports those goals.

No uninterrupted lane or fixed distance is promised. The coach should select drills after inspecting the pool rather than inferring its size from portal descriptions. Teaching aids must remain tidy and must not obstruct entrances, ladders or emergency access.

SwimSafer-related skills

Selected water-safety and SwimSafer-related foundations may be practised when appropriate. Practice at The Azzuro is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. A formal programme requires a separately confirmed approved venue, registration process and assessor.

Safety and pool etiquette

Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Other residents retain normal use, and the coach should minimise noise and avoid blocking shared routes. Guest, photography, footwear and equipment requirements should be confirmed in advance.

The communal swimming pool and jacuzzi are distinct facilities. Only the approved and inspected swimming pool is contemplated for instruction.

What to include in an enquiry

Provide the learner’s age, current ability, goals, preferred timing, resident status and relevant safety needs. Confirm occupied-unit entitlement, the visitor procedure and management permission for a paid external coach. Mention any current pool restrictions.
