Terrasse residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the condominium lap pool. Coaching may support children, adult beginners and improving swimmers, provided an eligible resident authorises access, management permits an external coach, current conditions are suitable and a coach is available.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Terrasse, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve commercial coaching or reserve a lane. Current management rules take priority over online facility descriptions.

Confirm the correct pool and resident access
Current direct project information identifies Terrasse as a completed 414-unit condominium across eight low-rise blocks, with current sale listings supporting occupation. Direct and exact-project records describe a 50-metre lap pool. They also identify a children’s pool, jacuzzi, jungle jacuzzi, lagoon playscape, cascading springs, misty falls, ripple pond and other landscaped or recreational water features.
Only the management-authorised swimming basin inspected by the coach should be considered for lessons. The children’s pool, jacuzzis, playscape and decorative water features are separate and must not be treated as substitutes for the lap pool. Even a published 50-metre label does not guarantee a free lane, a suitable depth for a particular learner or permission for paid coaching.
The resident should provide the occupied block and confirm the current visitor route. Before coaching, the coach should inspect depth changes, water visibility, entrances, recovery edges, available deck space and normal resident use.
Children’s swimming lessons
Early lessons may develop safe entry and exit, controlled breathing, immersion comfort, floating, rotation, assisted movement and return to a dependable edge. Progress can then move towards alignment, kicking, coordinated strokes and breathing when the learner is ready.
A parent or authorised adult should complete handover and remain reachable. Medical, sensory, behavioural or water-confidence needs should be disclosed in advance. Long-pool dimensions do not justify excessive distances; drills should remain appropriate to age, stamina and current ability.
Adult beginner and stroke coaching
Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, wall recovery and short repeatable travel. Existing swimmers can refine stroke efficiency, breathing rhythm, turns or pacing when shared-pool conditions support those goals.
No uninterrupted lane is promised. Equipment must remain compact and clear of entries, circulation paths and emergency access, and residents retain normal use.
SwimSafer-related practice
Suitable water-safety foundations and selected SwimSafer-related skills may be practised. A Terrasse lesson is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an assessor arrangement.
Weather, safety and etiquette
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management direction. Current guest, attire, noise, photography and equipment rules apply. The coach may shorten or cancel a session if safe space is unavailable.
What to include in an enquiry
Send the learner’s age, present ability, goals, preferred schedule, occupied block, resident relationship and relevant safety needs. Confirm management permission for an external paid coach, the exact lap-pool area and current restrictions.

Frequently asked questions
Is the published 50-metre pool always available for lessons?
No. Access, lane availability, current conditions and coaching permission must be confirmed each time.
Can the children’s pool or lagoon playscape be used instead?
That should not be assumed. They are separate recreational amenities, not automatic teaching pools.
Is the pool reserved for the learner?
No. It remains shared with residents unless management says otherwise.
Is SwimSafer certification included?
No. Certification requires a separate approved registration and assessment arrangement.
Plan the right condo lesson format
Compare home pool swimming lessons, family condo lessons, current lesson rates, and the condo pool rules guide before enquiring. Pool permission and coach availability must be confirmed for each development.
