Southbank residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the condominium on North Bridge Road. Coaching depends on resident-authorised access, current management rules, a suitable permitted pool, learner needs and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent and is not affiliated with Southbank, its developer, MCST or managing agent. Residents must confirm that an external paid swimming coach may enter and conduct lessons at the shared facilities.

Select the permitted teaching pool
The current project record lists infinity, spa, swimming and wading pools, plus a pond and water feature. These water areas should not be treated as interchangeable. Management and the coach must identify the permitted teaching pool and inspect actual depth, space, condition and suitability.
Southbank has 197 units. Sessions should preserve normal resident access, maintain a reasonable footprint and adapt when a permitted pool becomes crowded.
Children’s lessons
Children can progressively develop water confidence, controlled breathing, floating, balance, safe entries, kicking and early stroke coordination. Instruction should start from demonstrated comfort and ability rather than age alone.
Individual coaching may suit anxious beginners and learners needing close feedback. Sibling or small-group lessons require compatible abilities, goals, pace and supervision requirements.
Adult coaching
Adult beginners may begin with orientation, relaxed breathing, stable body position and propulsion before coordinating strokes. Experienced adults can request technique correction or fitness work where the verified teaching pool safely supports it.
Progress depends on confidence, attendance and previous experience. A coach should assess the learner before suggesting a programme or likely timeline.
SwimSafer preparation
Private condo lessons may support practice of relevant SwimSafer skills. They are not automatically authorised enrolment, assessment or certification sessions. Official arrangements remain separate, and no stage result or certificate should be guaranteed. Some activities may require another facility.
Booking checks
Residents should confirm management permission, visitor registration, the specific permitted pool and times, learner age group and current level, relevant health or support needs, responsible-adult attendance, preferred schedule and current weather or facility conditions.
Management permission and coach availability are independent requirements.
Safety and shared-pool etiquette
All posted rules and on-site directions take priority. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision. Running, unsafe diving, unsupervised entry and breath-holding contests should be avoided. Lessons must stop during lightning alerts, contamination concerns, poor visibility, crowding or another hazard.
Equipment should remain tidy and clear of walkways. Noise and lesson space should remain considerate of other residents.
Discuss Southbank lessons
Send the learner’s age group, current ability, goals, preferred timing and confirmation of resident access. CondoSwimming.sg can assess suitability and availability without representing Southbank or guaranteeing management approval.
