Verify the swimming pool, not the pool deck

The current direct project record identifies Shiro as a completed 16-unit residential condominium from May 2015, with one block and a resident profile. Its facilities section identifies a swimming pool separately from a pool deck, and a current exact-project listing corroborates both.

The pool and deck are not interchangeable. A pool deck does not establish water depth, usable practice space or permission. Lesson enquiries concern only the exact swimming pool that management confirms may be used for paid coaching.

Residents should confirm visitor registration, instructor declarations, permitted hours, booking requirements, equipment limits and maintenance notices before travel. The coach should verify current operation, usable depth, water clarity, safe entry and exit, available practice space, crowding and weather procedures. No dimensions, lane markings, standing depth, exclusive area or guaranteed availability are assumed.

Children’s swimming lessons

Beginners may start with calm entry, water orientation, breathing control, balance and supported floating. Activities can then progress to kicking, propulsion, coordinated strokes and safer independent movement according to demonstrated readiness and verified conditions.

Individual coaching may suit a first-time swimmer, nervous learner or child benefiting from close feedback. Sibling and small-group requests require compatible ability, confidence, pace, goals and supervision needs. Different levels may be safer or more productive in separate sessions.

Parents should share relevant medical, sensory, mobility or learning considerations before the first lesson. A responsible adult may still need to stay nearby under condominium policy or the coach’s safety plan. Coaching does not replace active supervision outside lesson time.

Adult swimming lessons

Adult beginners can build confidence progressively through controlled breathing, buoyancy, stable body position and relaxed movement. Returning swimmers may focus on confidence rebuilding, stroke feedback or improving practice consistency when the verified pool and shared-use conditions support the objective.

Progress varies with previous experience, attendance, practice, confidence and conditions. CondoSwimming.sg does not guarantee a fixed lesson count, particular stroke, distance or result.

SwimSafer-related practice

Private condo lessons may support practice of swimming and water-safety skills relevant to SwimSafer. They are not automatically official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Authorised programme arrangements remain separate, some tasks may require another venue, and no stage result or certificate is promised.

Safety and shared-pool etiquette

Please provide the learner’s age group, current ability, goals, preferred timing and support needs. The resident must confirm legitimate access and whether a paid external instructor is permitted.

Posted rules and management directions take priority. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision. Lessons must pause for lightning alerts, unsafe crowding, contamination concerns, poor visibility or another hazard. Equipment should remain controlled and shared routes kept clear.
