As this is a recently completed development, lessons require direct confirmation of current management procedures, resident-authorised access, pool operation, suitable conditions and coach availability.

Verify the current pool setup
The current project record identifies a lap pool and a TOP date in November 2025, along with resident and rental evidence. It does not establish current management handover details, pool dimensions, depth, teaching space or coaching restrictions. Those points must be confirmed at action time.
Royal Hallmark has 32 units. If lessons are permitted, they should use a compact area, keep access clear and adapt around other residents.
Children and adult learners
Children can progressively build water confidence, breath control, floating, balance, safe entries, kicking and early stroke coordination. Coaching should begin from observed comfort and ability.
Adult beginners may start with orientation, breathing and body position before working towards propulsion and coordinated strokes. Experienced swimmers can request technique or fitness work when actual pool conditions support it safely.
Sibling or small-group lessons require compatible levels, goals and attention needs. Private coaching may suit anxious beginners, non-swimmers and learners needing individual feedback.
SwimSafer-related practice
Private condo lessons can support practice of relevant SwimSafer skills, but they are not automatically official assessments. Authorised enrolment, assessment and certification must be arranged separately. No stage result or certificate should be promised.
Some activities may require a different venue. A coach can advise after reviewing the learner and verified facility.

Residents should confirm:
- current management or MCST responsibility and permission;
- external-coach and visitor-entry procedures;
- current pool operation and permitted teaching area;
- learner age, level, confidence and goals;
- health or support considerations;

Coach availability does not imply condominium approval. Both must be confirmed before coaching begins.
Safety and shared use
All posted rules and management instructions apply. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision. Running, unsafe diving, breath-holding contests and unsupervised entry should be avoided. Sessions should pause during lightning alerts, contamination concerns, poor visibility, crowding or any other hazard.
Equipment should remain tidy, walkways clear and noise controlled. On-site instructions always override the lesson plan.
