Prime Residence Swimming Lessons

Residents of Prime Residence can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at 41 Lorong 22 Geylang. Lessons depend on resident-authorised access, current management permission, a suitable permitted water area and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent and is not affiliated with Prime Residence, its developer, MCST or managing agent. It cannot grant entry, reserve facilities or approve paid coaching.

Confirm the teaching pool

The current direct project record identifies Prime Residence as a completed 39-unit condominium with active listings and a resident profile. Its facilities list separately identifies a swimming pool and jacuzzi. These areas must not be treated as interchangeable.

The resident and management must identify the pool permitted for instruction. The coach should verify present operation, depth, visibility, safe entry and exit, usable space, crowding, maintenance status and booking restrictions. The jacuzzi is not an assumed substitute for the swimming pool.

Children’s lessons

Children may begin with calm entry, orientation, breathing, balance and supported floating. As readiness develops, coaching can progress to kicking, propulsion, coordinated strokes and safer independent movement. Instruction should fit the learner’s confidence and verified conditions.

One-to-one lessons can support nervous beginners or learners needing close feedback. Sibling and small-group requests require compatible ability, confidence, pace, goals and supervision needs. Separate sessions may be recommended when grouping would compromise safety or practice quality.

Adult lessons

Adult beginners can work progressively on breathing, buoyancy, stable body position and controlled movement. Returning swimmers may request confidence rebuilding, technique feedback or more efficient practice where the permitted pool supports those goals.

Progress differs by learner and depends on prior experience, consistency, practice and confidence. No fixed lesson count, stroke, distance or outcome is guaranteed.

SwimSafer-related practice

Private condominium coaching may support practice of swimming and water-safety skills relevant to SwimSafer. It is not automatically official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Authorised arrangements remain separate, some tasks may need another venue, and no certificate or stage outcome is promised.

Booking information

Please provide the learner’s age group, ability, goals, preferred timing and any relevant medical, sensory, mobility or learning needs. The resident must confirm visitor access and management permission for a paid external instructor.

Checks may include instructor declarations, allowed lesson hours, responsible-adult attendance, equipment restrictions, pool bookings, maintenance notices and lightning procedures. Access to either facility does not itself authorise coaching.

Safety and shared use

Posted rules and on-site directions take priority. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision. Coaching must stop during lightning alerts, contamination concerns, poor visibility, unsafe crowding or another hazard.

Running, unsafe diving, unsupervised entry and breath-holding contests should be avoided. Teaching aids must remain controlled and clear of paths. Moving between water areas requires explicit approval and a fresh suitability check.
