Parvis Swimming Lessons

Parvis residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the condominium’s residential lap pool. Sessions depend on authorised entry, current estate rules, suitable water space, learner needs and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Parvis, Ho Bee Land, MCL Land, the MCST and managing agent. A resident should confirm visitor registration and paid-coaching requirements before booking.

Plan around the 50-metre infinity-edge pool

Ho Bee Land’s official project record identifies a 50-metre infinity-edge lap pool at this completed 248-home, 12-storey development. The published length supports structured training, but present markings, unobstructed distance, depths and lane availability require verification.

The infinity edge is a design feature and a safety consideration. The coach should inspect overflow boundaries, walls, entries, depth transitions, visibility and safe recovery points before positioning a beginner.

Protect beginner space

Beginners should work in water suited to confidence and standing ability, close to a conventional wall or reliable recovery point. Avoid placing a nervous learner near an infinity edge or in the path of continuous lap swimmers.

Independent swimmers may use longer repeats when resident traffic permits. A lesson does not reserve a lane or create exclusive use.

Confirm the correct Holland Hill block

Parvis occupies several addresses from 12 to 18 Holland Hill. The resident should provide the authorised entrance, block, visitor procedure and exact pool-deck meeting point. Nearby Holland Hill condominiums are separate estates.

Keep equipment compact, preserve circulation and pause for lightning, heavy rain, glare or poor visibility, contamination, maintenance, crowding or management instructions. A parent or authorised adult should remain contactable during a child’s lesson.

Suitable lesson pathways

Where conditions permit, beginners may practise safe entry, breathing, immersion, floating, rotation, assisted propulsion and edge recovery. Independent swimmers can refine freestyle breathing, backstroke alignment, breaststroke timing, pacing and repeat consistency. Adults may begin with water confidence or improve sustainable technique.

Selected SwimSafer-related foundations may be practised. Formal assessment or certification is not automatically available at Parvis.
