Residents of Oxley Edge can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed resident swimming pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers refining technique, subject to occupied residential-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Oxley Edge, its developer, MCST, shop operators and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. An eligible residential unit must be the basis for access.

Ask about Oxley Edge swimming lessons.
Confirm residential access and the pool
Developer evidence identifies Oxley Edge as a freehold mixed development at 308 River Valley Road with 45 residential units and five shop units. Current residential rental and sale listings and rental transactions through July 2026 support occupation. The developer identifies a swimming pool among the project features.
Only the management-confirmed resident swimming pool is proposed for instruction. Every retail-accessible, wading, children’s, spa, jacuzzi, fun, private or decorative water area is excluded. The general pool label does not prove current dimensions, depth or suitability for every learner and objective.
Management and the coach should confirm current usable length and width, depth, maintenance condition, safe entries, recovery edges, visibility, depth transitions, deck clearance, resident traffic and whether the learner’s objective fits the actual water. Public information does not establish quieter periods, lifeguard provision or permission for paid external coaching.
Management should also confirm occupied residential-unit entitlement, exact unit, resident-authorised access, visitor registration, external-coach policy, approved teaching zone, permitted hours, supervision requirements and equipment or group-size limits. Visiting a shop or entering a public-facing part of the mixed development must never be treated as resident pool authorisation. No exclusive lane, reserved area or private use should be assumed.
Children’s swimming lessons
Beginner lessons may develop safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a dependable return to the wall. When foundations are stable, teaching can add alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances appropriate to the learner and verified pool.
A parent or authorised adult resident should organise access and handover, remain contactable and follow current supervision requirements. Medical, sensory, behavioural or earlier water-safety needs should be disclosed beforehand so pacing, communication and supervision can be adapted. Progress depends on readiness and consistent practice rather than a promised timetable.
Children should not wait or practise in any retail-accessible, unverified shallow, spa, leisure or decorative water area as part of a CondoSwimming.sg lesson.
Adult beginners and stroke improvement
Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on body position, breathing rhythm, coordination or efficiency when the management-confirmed resident pool safely supports the objective. Turns, pace work and longer distances should not be promised before usable dimensions are checked.
The first lesson should match tasks to confidence and actual conditions. Approved aids must remain clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment.
SwimSafer-related practice
Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised at Oxley Edge. A condo lesson is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.
Weather, safety and considerate use
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Singapore weather can change quickly. Follow current residential access, guest, attire, noise, photography and equipment rules.
Keep belongings clear of steps, entrances and recovery edges. Coaching should move, shrink, pause or end whenever resident activity makes safe separation or considerate shared use impractical.
What to include in an enquiry
Share the learner’s age, current ability, objectives, preferred timing, occupied residential-unit entitlement, exact unit and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the management-selected resident swimming pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
