One Bernam residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at their condominium pool in Tanjong Pagar. Sessions depend on confirmed residential occupancy, authorised access, current management rules, suitable water space, learner needs and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of One Bernam, HY-MCC (Bernam), MCC Land, Hao Yuan Investment, the MCST, managing agent and management office. Confirm current move-in status and paid-coaching procedures before arranging a lesson.

Assess the level-four swimming pool
The issued One Bernam brochure identifies a swimming pool, spa pool and supporting facilities on the level-four landscape deck. It does not publish a reliable main-pool length or depth, so lessons should not promise standard lane distances.
Before teaching, inspect steps, ledges, depth changes, deck edges and secure recovery walls. Beginners can work within a short, controlled section with frequent feedback. Independent swimmers can use the clear distance available for stroke repetitions and pacing drills.
The level-four deck also contains a clubhouse, dining areas and landscaped circulation. Social activity may reduce usable teaching space even when part of the pool appears open.
Keep the spa pool separate
The spa pool serves a specialist leisure purpose. Jets, turbulence, heat or fixed fittings can make it unsuitable for normal swimming instruction.
It should not become a fallback when the main pool is busy. Any selected use of another water area requires current management permission and an on-site safety assessment.
The level-34 sky terrace contains fitness and social amenities, but the issued material does not establish a second ordinary teaching pool there. Do not infer aquatic access from the presence of a sky gym or terrace.
Use the residential route in a mixed development
One Bernam combines 351 homes with commercial and serviced-apartment components. Public or guest access to shops, dining or serviced premises does not grant access to the residential pool deck.
The resident should provide the approved residential entrance, visitor-registration process, lift instructions and precise level-four meeting point. Ask whether escort, identification, bookings or supporting documents are required and whether external paid coaching is permitted.
MCC Singapore lists the project as completed in 2025, but management formation, resident move-in and facility availability can occur on different schedules. Reconfirm all three directly before a coach visit.
Programmes for suitable learners
Children and beginners
Early lessons may cover safe entry, breathing, face immersion, floating, rotation, assisted movement and recovery to a secure wall. The chosen section should suit the child’s height, confidence and recovery ability.
A parent or authorised adult should remain contactable and follow current estate supervision requirements. Share medical, sensory, behavioural or water-confidence needs before lessons start.
Stroke development
Independent swimmers can practise freestyle breathing, backstroke alignment, breaststroke timing and controlled pacing. Repeat distance should reflect the actual clear pool rather than a guessed measurement.
Adult lessons
Adults may begin with breathing and water confidence or improve efficiency and stamina. Anyone anxious in deeper water should disclose this at enquiry.
SwimSafer-related practice
Selected water-confidence, survival and stroke foundations may be practised during a condo lesson. Formal SwimSafer assessment or certification is not automatically available at One Bernam. Ask what can be taught there and what may require another approved venue.
Protect shared high-rise facilities
Work along one side, control floats and boards, and keep steps, lounge areas and circulation clear. Adapt or reschedule if resident use makes the planned activity impractical.
Stop during lightning alerts, unsafe weather, closures, contamination concerns or management instructions. Completion records do not prove that every facility is currently open.
What to include in an enquiry
Share the learner’s age, ability, goals, preferred times, confirmed resident status, approved entrance, precise meeting point and relevant safety needs. Confirm that the pool is operational and paid coaching is permitted.

Frequently asked questions
Is One Bernam completed?
MCC Singapore lists 2025 as its completion year. Resident move-in, management rules and pool operation must still be reconfirmed before lessons.
How long is the swimming pool?
The issued brochure does not state a reliable length. Usable distance should be assessed on site.
Can beginners learn there?
Potentially in a carefully selected short section, subject to current depth, occupancy and secure wall access.
Can lessons use the spa pool?
It is a specialist leisure facility and generally unsuitable for normal stroke instruction.
Does commercial access include pool access?
No. The pool requires the approved residential visitor route.
Are external coaches automatically allowed?
No. The resident must confirm current paid-coaching and visitor rules with management.
Plan the right condo lesson format
Compare home pool swimming lessons, family condo lessons, current lesson rates, and the condo pool rules guide before enquiring. Pool permission and coach availability must be confirmed for each development.
