NV Residences Swimming Lessons

Residents of NV Residences can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the condominium lap pool. Every session remains subject to resident-authorised access, current management permission, suitable conditions, learner requirements and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent and is not affiliated with NV Residences, its developer, MCST, managing agent or management office. It cannot grant entry, approve an outside instructor, reserve a lane or override condominium rules.

Confirm the block and authorised lap pool

Current property records describe NV Residences as completed in January 2013, with 642 residential units across nine blocks at 83 to 99 Pasir Ris Grove. The direct project page provides a resident profile, current listings and rental activity through July 2026. Its facilities identify a lap pool separately from a jacuzzi and wading pool.

The lap-pool label does not establish dimensions, training lanes or permission for paid coaching. The resident should provide the exact block and confirm facility entitlement, visitor registration, instructor declarations, coaching hours, bookings, equipment restrictions and temporary notices with management.

Public records do not establish depth, standing space, lane availability or present conditions. The coach should assess safe entry and exit, usable depth, visibility, crowding, weather and practice space before teaching. The jacuzzi and wading pool are separate water areas and must not be assumed suitable for instruction. No exclusive lane is promised.

Children’s swimming lessons

A beginner may start with comfortable entry, orientation, breathing control, balance and supported floating. Kicking, propulsion, coordinated strokes and safer independent movement can follow progressively when demonstrated readiness and the authorised lap-pool conditions support each activity.

One-to-one coaching may suit a nervous child or a learner needing close feedback. Siblings or a small group can be considered when confidence, ability, pace, goals and supervision needs are compatible. Learners at substantially different stages may require separate sessions.

Parents should share medical, sensory, mobility or learning considerations relevant to safe teaching. A responsible adult may need to remain nearby under management rules or the coach’s safety plan. Instruction supplements rather than replaces active supervision.

Adult swimming lessons

Adult beginners can develop confidence gradually through breathing, buoyancy, body-position and relaxed-movement exercises. Returning swimmers may request stroke feedback, pacing practice or confidence rebuilding when shared conditions permit.

The plan is adapted to the learner and available space. Progress varies with previous experience, attendance and practice. CondoSwimming.sg does not guarantee a fixed number of sessions, distance, stroke or outcome.

SwimSafer-related practice

Private coaching may support practice of skills relevant to SwimSafer. It is not automatically official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Authorised programme arrangements remain separate, some tasks may require another venue, and no certificate is promised.

Safety and shared-pool etiquette

Provide the learner’s age group, current ability, goals, preferred timing, support needs and exact block. Confirm resident-authorised access and management permission for a paid external coach.

Posted rules and staff directions take priority. Equipment should remain controlled and access routes clear. Lessons must pause for lightning, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, excessive crowding or any other hazard and should not obstruct normal resident lap-pool use.
