Mori Swimming Lessons

Residents of Mori may enquire about private swimming lessons at the development’s communal rooftop lap pool, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, current conditions and coach availability. The exact Guillemard Road or Jalan Molek unit and authorised facility route must be confirmed before booking.

CondoSwimming.sg is an independent swimming lesson provider. It is not affiliated with the developer, management corporation, managing agent or official representatives of Mori. This page does not imply management approval, endorsement or guaranteed access.

Mori Swimming Lessons

Learning at Mori’s rooftop lap pool

Mori is a completed residential development with current occupation evidence. Property records identify TOP in 2025, while multiple PropertyGuru listings offered ready-to-move homes from March to July 2026. That combination supports actual residential use rather than relying on the earlier developer particulars that stated a future vacant-possession deadline.

The issued project brochure identifies a rooftop 23-metre lap pool as well as Wellness, Bubble, Play and Hammock pools. Only a current management-confirmed communal lap pool is proposed for lessons. The historical 23-metre label must be checked against the commissioned facility and is not a guarantee of current usable length, dimensions, depths or lesson space.

The Wellness Pool, Bubble Pool, Play Pool and Hammock Pool are excluded. Every wading, children’s, spa, jacuzzi, fun, private, reflective, hydrotherapy, jet or decorative water area is also excluded. Management should confirm the complete operational water inventory, lap-pool boundaries, usable length, depths, rooftop access route, wind and deck conditions, maintenance status and external-coach rules.

Lessons for children and adults

Children can develop safe entry and exit, breath control, floating, balance, recovery and early propulsion. With increasing confidence, lessons may progress to freestyle, breaststroke and backstroke foundations, coordinated breathing and age-appropriate water-safety habits.

Adults can start as complete beginners, regain confidence after a break or improve technique and stamina. Nervous learners may begin with calm exhalation, supported balance and short controlled movements. Intermediate swimmers can work on body position, timing, efficiency and paced repeats where the confirmed lap-pool space and shared use allow.

SwimSafer-related skills may be practised, but lessons at Mori are not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Official stages and awards require an authorised programme and assessment venue.

Private-condominium access and etiquette

Mori is private residential property, not a public swimming complex. An eligible occupied-unit resident must confirm communal-facility entitlement, guest registration, external-coach permission, lesson hours, group-size limits and equipment restrictions with current management or security. Unit access alone does not automatically authorise a commercial coached session.

Because the proposed teaching area is on a rooftop facility level, current access controls and weather exposure require particular attention. Lessons should use a compact area, avoid busy periods, control noise and equipment and yield to residents. Management, security, privacy and photography requirements take priority. If external coaching is prohibited or the lap pool is unsuitable, lessons cannot proceed there.

Sessions stop during lightning risk, strong winds, heavy rain, maintenance, contamination, poor visibility, unsafe deck conditions or official closure. No lifeguard is assumed. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision and a clear parent or guardian handover.

Before enquiring

Please provide the learner’s age, ability, goals, preferred schedule, exact unit address, confirmation of resident entitlement and management’s current external-coach position. Mention relevant medical conditions, injuries, sensory needs, learning needs or significant water anxiety.

Acceptance remains conditional on exact-project identity, occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, verified communal-lap-pool suitability, safe rooftop conditions and coach availability. Another permitted venue may be recommended if Mori’s pool is restricted, crowded or unsuitable.

Frequently asked questions

Can beginners learn at Mori?

Possibly. A coach must first confirm a suitable depth, safe teaching area, rooftop conditions and management permission. The plan is adjusted to the learner’s comfort and ability.

Is the rooftop lap pool definitely 23 metres long?

The issued brochure uses a 23-metre lap-pool label. Current management must confirm the commissioned pool, usable length, boundaries and available lesson area, so this page does not guarantee a dimension.

Are the Wellness, Bubble, Play or Hammock pools used?

No. Only the management-confirmed communal lap pool is proposed. All named secondary pools and every other leisure, spa, children’s or decorative water area are excluded.

Can a visitor book without a Mori resident?

Not independently. Access must be linked to an eligible occupied unit and authorised by its resident under current management and security rules.

Does the lesson include official SwimSafer assessment?

No. Relevant skills may be practised, but condo lessons do not by themselves provide official enrolment, assessment or certification.
