Millage Swimming Lessons

Millage residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the condominium pool at 55 Changi Road. Sessions may support children, adult beginners and swimmers improving technique, provided an eligible resident authorises access, management permits an external coach and current conditions are suitable.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Millage, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve coaching or reserve the pool. The resident should confirm visitor registration and facility rules before a lesson is arranged.

Confirm the lap pool and current rules

Current exact-project information identifies Millage as a 70-unit mixed residential development completed in 2016 at 55 Changi Road. The record shows an owner-and-tenant resident profile, current sale and rental listings, sales through June 2026 and rentals through July 2026. A current project description lists a swimming pool, jacuzzi, poolside deck, shower point and other facilities, while project imagery describes a 33-metre lap pool.

These sources support the presence of a communal pool but do not guarantee its present measurements, depth, lane arrangement, access or teaching permission. The jacuzzi is a separate facility and should not be used as a substitute teaching space. The resident and coach should inspect the authorised lap or swimming pool and confirm current management requirements before selecting activities.

Millage also has commercial components. An enquiry must come through valid occupied-unit entitlement rather than assuming that access to retail premises provides access to residential facilities.

Children’s swimming lessons

Introductory coaching can develop safe entry and exit, controlled breathing, comfortable immersion, floating, rotation, assisted travel and return to a secure edge. Once those skills are consistent, lessons may progress to body alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing.

A parent or authorised adult should complete a clear handover and remain reachable. Medical, sensory, behavioural or water-confidence needs relevant to safety should be disclosed beforehand. Drills may be moved, shortened or paused when other residents need space.

Adult beginner and stroke coaching

Adult beginners may work privately on relaxation, exhalation, balance, recovery and short controlled movement. More experienced swimmers can refine stroke efficiency, breathing rhythm, turns or pacing where the inspected pool and shared-use conditions support those aims.

Even where a source describes a 33-metre lap pool, uninterrupted lengths are not promised. The facility remains shared. The coach should adjust training to actual occupancy and keep equipment clear of entrances, ladders, deck routes and emergency access.

SwimSafer-related practice

Selected water-safety and SwimSafer-related foundations may be practised if suitable. A lesson at Millage is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires a separately confirmed approved venue, registration and assessor arrangement.

Safety and shared-pool etiquette

Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current guest, photography, noise, footwear and equipment rules should be followed. Other residents retain ordinary pool access throughout a lesson.

The communal lap or swimming pool and jacuzzi are distinct areas. Only the management-approved and inspected swimming pool is contemplated for instruction.

What to include in an enquiry

Send the learner’s age, current ability, goals, preferred days and times, residential entitlement and relevant safety needs. Confirm the visitor process, permission for a paid external coach and any current pool restrictions. This information allows feasibility to be assessed before scheduling.

Frequently asked questions

Does Millage have a swimming pool?

Current exact-project information identifies a communal swimming or lap pool. Present configuration and teaching suitability still require confirmation.

Can retail visitors use the residential pool?

This page does not establish that entitlement. Lessons require authorised occupied-unit resident access and compliance with management rules.

Is the jacuzzi used for lessons?

No. It is a separate facility and should not be treated as teaching space.

Is SwimSafer certification provided at Millage?

It is not guaranteed. Formal certification requires a separate approved arrangement.
