Residents of Meraprime can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed main communal swimming pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers refining technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Meraprime, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. Every coaching visit requires an eligible occupied unit and resident authorisation.

Confirm the main pool on site
Current exact-project sources identify Meraprime as an occupied 99-year leasehold condominium at 301 Jalan Bukit Ho Swee, completed in 2006 with 213 homes. Transaction records through May 2026 and current sale and rental listings support continuing occupation. Sources identify a communal swimming pool and separately list a fun pool, wading or children’s pool and jacuzzi.
Only the management-confirmed main communal swimming pool is proposed for instruction. The fun pool, wading or children’s pool, jacuzzi and every spa, private or decorative water area are excluded. Public amenity lists do not establish the main pool’s present dimensions, depth profile, lane markings or suitability for an external coach.
Management and the coach should verify usable length and width, depths and transitions, safe entries, recovery edges, visibility, deck clearance, water condition and resident traffic. They should confirm exactly where the main teaching pool ends and any shallow or leisure feature begins. Public sources do not establish lifeguard provision, quiet periods, lane availability, maintenance status or current coaching rules.
Management should confirm the exact occupied unit, access entitlement, visitor registration, external-coach policy, permitted hours, approved teaching zone, equipment restrictions and supervision or group-size limits. No exclusive lane, reserved area or private use should be assumed.
Children’s swimming lessons
Beginner sessions may develop safe entry and exit, water comfort, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a dependable return to the wall. Learners with stable foundations can work on alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances suited to readiness and verified pool conditions.
A parent or authorised adult resident should arrange access and handover, remain contactable and follow current supervision requirements. Share medical, sensory, behavioural or earlier water-safety needs beforehand so pacing, communication and supervision can be adapted. Progress depends on individual readiness and consistent practice rather than a promised timetable.
Children should not wait or practise in the fun, wading, children’s, jacuzzi or other excluded water areas during a CondoSwimming.sg lesson.
Adult beginners and stroke improvement
Adult beginners may build relaxation, breath control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on body position, breathing rhythm, coordination or efficiency when the verified layout and resident traffic safely support the goal. Diving, turns and longer repeats require suitable, checked depths and dimensions.
Approved teaching aids should remain clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment. Coaching must adapt to shared resident use and pause if safe separation cannot be maintained.
SwimSafer-related practice
Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised at Meraprime. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.
Weather, safety and shared use
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Follow current guest, attire, noise, photography and equipment rules. The coach may move, reduce, pause or end an activity whenever conditions become unsuitable.
What to include in an enquiry
Share the learner’s age, ability, objectives, preferred timing, exact occupied unit and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the main communal pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
