Marymount View residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the development’s main communal swimming pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers improving technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, suitable conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Marymount View, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve water space. An eligible resident must confirm current rules.

Confirm the main communal pool
Current exact-project records identify Marymount View as a freehold 68-unit condominium at Pemimpin Drive, completed in 1992. Current market records and a July 2025 sale support occupation. Multiple exact-project facility sources identify a communal swimming pool, while one project record separately identifies a children’s wading pool.
This page concerns only the management-confirmed main communal swimming pool. The children’s wading pool and any jacuzzi, spa, decorative or private water areas are excluded. Public sources do not grant coach access or establish pool dimensions, depth profile, present condition, quiet periods or permission for commercial instruction.
Management should confirm the visitor procedure, authorised hours, external-coach policy, exact pool and equipment or group-size restrictions. The coach should inspect visibility, entries, recovery edges, depth changes, deck clearance and resident activity. No exclusive use should be assumed.
Children’s swimming lessons
Beginner lessons may build safe entry and exit, controlled exhalation, comfortable immersion, floating, rotation and return to a secure edge. Once foundations are reliable, practice may add alignment, kicking, coordinated arm movements and breathing over manageable distances.
A parent or authorised adult should manage access and handover and remain contactable. Relevant medical, sensory, behavioural or previous water-safety needs should be disclosed beforehand so communication and supervision can be adapted.
Adult beginner and stroke coaching
Adults new to swimming may focus on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and short repeatable travel. Existing swimmers may work on efficiency, breathing rhythm, coordination or pacing where the pool’s layout and shared conditions support the goal.
Private coaching does not create private water space. Equipment should remain compact and clear of access routes and emergency facilities.
SwimSafer-related practice
Selected water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised where appropriate. A Marymount View lesson is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires a separately confirmed approved venue, registration and assessor arrangement.
Safety and considerate pool use
Coaching should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current guest, attire, supervision, noise, photography and equipment rules apply. Residents retain normal use.
What to include in an enquiry
Share the learner’s age, current ability, goals, preferred schedule, occupied-unit entitlement, exact block and safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission and the main communal swimming pool before booking.
