Luxe Ville residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed communal swimming pool. Coaching may support children, adult beginners and swimmers refining technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Luxe Ville, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot approve a coach, grant entry or reserve the pool. An eligible resident must verify every current procedure.

Confirm the communal swimming pool
Current exact-project records identify Luxe Ville as an occupied freehold condominium completed in January 2013, with 50 units across two Pasir Panjang Road blocks. Its resident profile, active August 2026 inventory and current sale and rental transactions support occupation. The facility record identifies a swimming pool separately from a water feature.
Only the management-confirmed communal swimming pool is proposed for instruction. The water feature and any wading, children’s, jacuzzi, spa, fun, private or decorative areas are excluded. Public records do not establish current depth, dimensions, maintenance condition, quieter periods or external-coach permission.
Management should confirm occupied-unit entitlement, exact block, resident-authorised access, visitor registration, external-coach policy, permitted hours and equipment limits. The coach should inspect entries, visibility, recovery edges, depth changes, deck space and resident activity. No exclusive lane or private use should be assumed.
Children’s lessons
Beginner sessions may build safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a reliable return to the wall. When those foundations are stable, coaching can add alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over suitable distances.
A parent or authorised adult should manage access and handover and remain contactable. Relevant medical, sensory, behavioural or prior water-safety needs should be shared beforehand so communication, supervision and pacing can be adapted.
Adult beginner and stroke coaching
Adult beginners may focus on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short-distance movement. Existing swimmers may work on efficiency, breathing rhythm, coordination, turns or pacing where shared conditions safely allow it.
Training aids should remain compact, management-approved and clear of entrances, circulation paths and emergency equipment. The pool remains communal.
SwimSafer-related practice
Appropriate water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised. A lesson at Luxe Ville is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.
Safety and shared use
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current attire, supervision, guest, noise, photography and equipment rules apply. Residents retain normal pool use.
What to share before booking
Provide the learner’s age, ability, goals, preferred timing, occupied-unit entitlement, exact block and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the communal swimming pool, current conditions and coach availability.
