Loft 33 residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the condominium on Lorong 32 Geylang. Coaching is possible only with resident-authorised entry, management permission, suitable current conditions and an available coach matched to the learner.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent and is not affiliated with Loft 33, its developer, MCST or managing agent. It cannot approve visitor access or external teaching.

Pool verification
The current direct project record identifies Loft 33 as a completed 30-unit, single-block development with active listings, a resident profile, a June 2026 sale and current rentals. It lists a swimming pool, jacuzzi and pool deck. The jacuzzi is not assumed to be a teaching area, and a pool deck does not establish usable water conditions.
Management and the coach should confirm the permitted water area, current operation, depth transitions, visibility, entry route, crowding and lesson timing. The published facilities list does not prove that paid instruction is currently allowed.
Children’s coaching
Children may work progressively on orientation, safe entry, relaxed breathing, floating, balance, kicking and early stroke coordination. The lesson should begin at the level demonstrated safely in the verified pool, not at a level inferred from age.
Individual coaching may benefit nervous beginners and learners needing close correction. A sibling or small-group request is suitable only when abilities, goals, pace and supervision needs are compatible. Otherwise, separate sessions may be recommended.
Adult coaching
Adult beginners can start with breathing, buoyancy, stable body position and controlled propulsion. Returning swimmers may request technique correction, confidence rebuilding or efficient practice where the shared pool has enough safe space.
Progress depends on consistency, confidence, prior experience and individual needs. CondoSwimming.sg does not guarantee mastery of a stroke or distance within a fixed number of lessons.
SwimSafer preparation
Condo lessons may help practise skills relevant to SwimSafer. They are not automatically official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification sessions. Authorised assessment arrangements remain separate, and activities that cannot be safely completed in the verified pool may need another venue. No stage outcome or certificate is promised.
Booking information
Please provide the learner’s age group, current ability, goals, preferred schedule and relevant health, sensory, mobility or learning considerations. The resident must confirm entitlement to arrange visitor access and check current rules for external instructors.
Other checks include visitor registration, allowed coaching hours, responsible-adult attendance, equipment restrictions, maintenance notices and lightning procedures. Management approval and coach availability are separate requirements.
Shared-pool conduct
Posted rules and on-site directions take priority. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision. Sessions must stop during lightning alerts, poor visibility, contamination concerns, unsafe crowding or another hazard.
Running, unsafe diving, unsupervised entry and breath-holding contests should be avoided. Teaching aids should remain tidy and clear of walkways. Lessons should use only the space reasonably required and remain considerate of residents.
