Liiv Residences residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed communal infinity pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers improving technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Liiv Residences, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. An eligible resident must confirm every current rule and procedure.

Confirm the teaching area
Current exact-project records identify Liiv Residences as an occupied freehold condominium completed in November 2017, with 23 units in one block. Active 2026 sale inventory supports current occupation. The facility record identifies an infinity pool.
Only the management-confirmed communal infinity pool is proposed for teaching. Its name does not prove its edge design, depth, usable length or suitability for a particular learner. Any wading, children’s, jacuzzi, spa, fun, private or decorative water area is excluded.
Management should confirm occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, visitor registration, external-coach policy, permitted hours, approved teaching area and equipment limits. The coach should inspect visibility, entries, recovery edges, depth changes, deck clearance and resident activity. No exclusive lane, lifeguard or private use should be assumed.
Children’s lessons
Beginner coaching may develop safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a dependable return to the wall. When those foundations are reliable, lessons can add alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances appropriate to the verified pool.
A parent or authorised adult should manage access and handover and remain contactable. Medical, sensory, behavioural or previous water-safety needs should be disclosed beforehand so supervision, communication and pacing can be adapted.
Adult beginners and technique coaching
Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on efficiency, breathing rhythm, coordination, turns or pacing where shared conditions safely support the goal.
Training aids should remain compact, management-approved and clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment. The pool remains communal throughout.
SwimSafer-related practice
Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised. A lesson at Liiv Residences is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.
Safety and considerate pool use
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current attire, supervision, guest, noise, photography and equipment rules apply. Residents retain normal pool use.
What to include in an enquiry
Share the learner’s age, ability, objectives, preferred timing, occupied-unit entitlement and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the infinity pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
