Hundred Trees Swimming Lessons

Hundred Trees residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in a management-confirmed lap or swimming pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers improving technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Hundred Trees, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot approve an external coach, arrange entry or reserve pool space. An eligible resident must confirm every current rule.

Confirm the approved teaching pool

Current exact-project records identify Hundred Trees as an occupied condominium completed in January 2013, with 396 units across nine West Coast Drive blocks. Its resident profile, current transactions and active August 2026 sale and rental inventory support occupation. The facility record lists a lap pool and swimming pool separately from a fun pool, jet pool and pond.

Only a management-confirmed lap or main swimming pool may be used for teaching. The fun pool, jet pool, pond and any wading, children’s, jacuzzi, spa, private or decorative areas are excluded. Public records do not establish which proposed pool management permits for coaching, nor current depth, dimensions or quieter periods.

Management should confirm occupied-unit entitlement, exact block, resident-authorised access, visitor registration, approved teaching pool, external-coach policy, permitted hours and equipment or group-size limits. The coach should inspect visibility, entries, depth changes, recovery edges, deck clearance and resident activity. Shared use does not create a private lane.

Children’s lessons

Beginner coaching may develop safe entry and exit, controlled exhalation, comfortable immersion, floating, rotation and a dependable return to the wall. Once those foundations are reliable, sessions can add alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances suitable for the verified pool.

A parent or authorised adult should manage access and handover and remain contactable. Medical, sensory, behavioural and previous water-safety information should be disclosed in advance so communication, supervision and pacing can be adapted.

Adult beginner and stroke coaching

Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on efficiency, breathing rhythm, coordination, turns or pacing where shared conditions support the objective.

Training aids should be compact, management-approved and clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment. The pool remains communal throughout.

SwimSafer-related practice

Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised. A lesson at Hundred Trees is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.

Safety and considerate use

Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current attire, supervision, guest, noise, photography and equipment rules apply. Residents retain normal facility use.

What to include in an enquiry

Share the learner’s age, current ability, objectives, preferred timing, occupied-unit entitlement, exact block and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the chosen lap or swimming pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
