Residents of Horizon Towers can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in a management-confirmed main or lap communal pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers refining technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Horizon Towers, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. Every visit requires an eligible occupied unit and resident authorisation.

Confirm the approved main or lap pool
Current exact-project sources identify Horizon Towers as an occupied 99-year leasehold condominium at 15 and 29 Leonie Hill Road, completed in 1984. March 2026 transactions, June 2026 rentals and current August 2026 listings support continuing occupation. Current exact-project sources identify a communal swimming pool, a 25-metre lap pool and a separate wading pool.
Only a management-confirmed main or lap communal pool is proposed for instruction. The wading pool and every children’s, spa, jacuzzi, fun, private or decorative water area are excluded. The published 25-metre description does not prove the pool’s current usable length, lane markings, depth or availability for an external coach.
Management and the coach should verify which pool is approved, usable length and width, depth profile, safe entries, recovery edges, visibility, depth transitions, deck clearance, water condition and resident traffic. Public information does not establish quiet periods, lifeguard provision, lane availability, maintenance status or current coaching rules.
Management should confirm the exact occupied unit and tower, access entitlement, visitor registration, external-coach rules, approved teaching zone, permitted hours, supervision duties and equipment or group-size limits. No exclusive lane, reserved area or private use should be assumed.
Children’s swimming lessons
Beginner sessions may develop safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a dependable return to the wall. Stable foundations can lead to alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances appropriate to the learner and verified teaching pool.
A parent or authorised adult resident should arrange access and handover, remain contactable and follow current supervision requirements. Share medical, sensory, behavioural or earlier water-safety needs beforehand so pacing, communication and supervision can be adapted. Progress depends on readiness and consistent practice rather than a promised timetable.
Children should not wait or practise in the wading pool or any excluded leisure water area during a CondoSwimming.sg lesson.
Adult beginners and stroke improvement
Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on body position, breathing rhythm, coordination or efficiency when actual pool conditions safely support the objective. Turns, diving and longer repeats should wait until current dimensions, depths and resident traffic are checked.
Approved teaching aids must remain clear of entrances, circulation routes and emergency equipment. A 25-metre label does not guarantee uninterrupted lengths during shared resident use.
SwimSafer-related practice
Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised at Horizon Towers. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.
Weather, safety and shared use
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Follow current guest, attire, noise, photography and equipment rules. Coaching should move, reduce scope, pause or end whenever resident activity prevents safe and considerate shared use.
What to include in an enquiry
Share the learner’s age, ability, objectives, preferred timing, exact occupied unit and tower, and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the selected main or lap pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
