Current exact-project sources identify Grande Vista as an occupied 292-unit condominium across Cactus Drive addresses on a 999-year lease. EdgeProp uses 1992 for completion, while PropertyGuru, 99.co and current listings use 1993. The discrepancy should be resolved from an official estate or title record before publication. Current August 2026 sales and a current rental listing support continuing occupation.
PropertyGuru and SRX identify a main swimming pool and separately list a wading pool. Only the management-confirmed main communal swimming pool is proposed for instruction.
