Residents of Gold Coast Condominium can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed main swimming pool. Coaching may support children, adult beginners and swimmers refining technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Gold Coast Condominium, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot approve an instructor, grant access or reserve pool space. An eligible resident must verify every current procedure.

Confirm the correct swimming pool
Current exact-project records identify Gold Coast Condominium as an occupied freehold development completed in January 1994, with 67 units across two Pasir Panjang Road blocks. Active August 2026 sale listings support current occupation. The facility record lists a swimming pool separately from a wading pool.
Only the management-confirmed main swimming pool is proposed for instruction. The wading pool and any children’s, jacuzzi, spa, fun, private or decorative water areas are excluded. Public listings do not establish current depth, dimensions, condition, quieter periods or external-coach permission.
Management should confirm occupied-unit entitlement, exact block, resident-authorised access, visitor registration, approved pool, external-coach policy, permitted hours and equipment limits. The coach should inspect entries, visibility, recovery edges, depth changes, deck space and resident activity. No reserved lane or private use should be assumed.
Children’s lessons
Beginner sessions may build safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a reliable return to the wall. Once those foundations are stable, coaching can add alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over suitable distances.
A parent or authorised adult should manage access and handover and remain contactable. Relevant medical, sensory, behavioural or prior water-safety needs should be shared beforehand so communication, supervision and pacing can be adapted.
Adult beginner and stroke coaching
Adult beginners may focus on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short-distance movement. Existing swimmers may work on efficiency, breathing rhythm, coordination, turns or pacing where shared conditions safely allow it.
Training aids should be compact, management-approved and kept clear of entrances, circulation paths and emergency equipment. The pool remains communal.
SwimSafer-related practice
Appropriate water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised. A lesson at Gold Coast Condominium is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.
Safety and shared use
Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current attire, supervision, guest, noise, photography and equipment rules apply. Residents retain normal pool use.
What to share before booking
Provide the learner’s age, ability, goals, preferred timing, occupied-unit entitlement, exact block and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the main swimming pool, current conditions and coach availability.
