Residents of Fruition can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at the condominium swimming pool at 3 Mangis Road. Sessions remain subject to resident-authorised access, current management permission, suitable conditions, learner needs and coach availability.

Distinguish the swimming pool from other water areas
The current direct project record identifies Fruition as a completed 22-unit residential condominium from 2009, with a resident profile, active resale listings and rental activity through May 2026. Its facilities section identifies a swimming pool separately from a jacuzzi and wading pool.
Those water areas are not interchangeable. A lesson enquiry concerns only the exact swimming pool that management confirms may be used for paid coaching. Neither the jacuzzi nor the wading pool should be treated as an alternative teaching pool or assumed to provide suitable depth, space, circulation or permission.
Before a coach travels, residents should confirm visitor registration, instructor declarations, permitted coaching hours, booking requirements, equipment limits and maintenance notices. The coach should verify current operation, usable depth, water clarity, safe entry and exit, available practice space, crowding and weather procedures. No dimensions, marked lane, standing depth, exclusive teaching area or guaranteed access are assumed.
Children’s swimming lessons
A beginner may start with calm entry, orientation, breathing control, balance and supported floating. Teaching can then progress to kicking, propulsion, coordinated strokes and safer independent movement according to demonstrated readiness and verified conditions.
One-to-one coaching may suit a nervous child, first-time swimmer or learner needing close feedback. Sibling and small-group requests require compatible ability, confidence, pace, objectives and supervision needs. Separate sessions may be recommended when grouping would reduce safety or effective practice.
Parents should share relevant medical, sensory, mobility or learning needs before coaching starts. A responsible adult may still need to remain close under condominium rules or the coach’s safety plan. Swimming instruction does not replace active adult supervision.
Adult swimming lessons
Adult beginners can work progressively on water confidence, controlled breathing, buoyancy, stable body position and relaxed movement. Returning swimmers may request confidence rebuilding, stroke feedback or more consistent practice when the confirmed swimming pool and shared-use conditions support the goal.
The coach adapts the plan after observing the learner. Progress depends on prior experience, attendance, practice, confidence and conditions. CondoSwimming.sg does not guarantee a fixed lesson count, stroke, distance or outcome.
SwimSafer-related practice
Private condo lessons may help a learner practise swimming and water-safety skills relevant to SwimSafer. They are not automatically official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Authorised programme arrangements remain separate, some activities may require another venue, and no stage result or certificate is promised.
Shared-pool safety and etiquette
Please provide the learner’s age group, current ability, goals, preferred timing and support needs. The resident must confirm authorised access and whether a paid external instructor is currently permitted.
Posted rules and on-site management directions take priority. Children and non-swimmers require active supervision. Coaching must pause during lightning alerts, unsafe crowding, poor visibility, contamination concerns or another hazard. Teaching aids should remain controlled, noise kept considerate and shared routes kept clear.
