Fifteen Robin Swimming Lessons

Fifteen Robin residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed main or lap pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers improving technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Fifteen Robin, its developer, owners, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. Every visit requires an eligible occupied unit and resident authorisation.

Resolve the lap-pool and swimming-pool labels

Current exact-project sources identify Fifteen Robin as an occupied freehold 32-unit development at 15 Robin Road, completed in 2012. Rental transactions in January, May, June and July 2026 support continuing occupation. A corporate document also describes the building as a residential development leased and managed for residential use, although current ownership and management arrangements must be confirmed directly.

The current 99.co project page lists both a lap pool and a swimming pool. Public material does not establish whether these labels describe one main water body or two separate pools. Management should resolve the current layout before the page is published or a lesson is arranged.

Only the management-confirmed main teaching pool is proposed for instruction. Every wading, children’s, spa, jacuzzi, fun, hydrotherapy, reflective, decorative or private water area is excluded. If the lap-pool and swimming-pool labels refer to different water bodies, management and the coach must identify which one is approved and safe for the planned activity; the other remains outside the lesson boundary unless separately verified.

Public sources do not reliably establish current length, width, depths, lane markings, maintenance status, supervision arrangements or the approved teaching zone. The word “lap” is not enough to assume a standard competition length, uniform depth, lane availability or permission for coaching.

Before instruction, management and the coach should verify pool identity, usable dimensions, depth changes, visibility, water condition, safe entry and exit points, reachable recovery edges, deck clearance and normal resident traffic. The physical boundary between all water areas should be clear throughout the session.

Management should confirm the occupied unit, resident entitlement, visitor registration, external-coach policy, permitted hours, approved teaching area, equipment restrictions, supervision requirements and participant limits. No lane, section or time should be treated as reserved without express approval.

Children’s swimming lessons

If the inspected main pool safely supports the activity, beginners may practise safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a dependable return to the wall. Learners with secure foundations can develop alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances suited to their readiness and the approved space.

A parent or authorised adult resident should arrange access and handover, remain contactable and follow current supervision rules. Share medical, sensory, behavioural or previous water-safety needs before the lesson so communication, pacing and oversight can be adapted. Progress varies and should not be linked to a guaranteed timetable.

Any shallow, play or leisure water that is not the verified main teaching pool remains excluded, even when it appears convenient for a beginner. Its name or appearance cannot prove suitable depth, recovery points, visibility or management permission.

Adult beginners and stroke improvement

Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breathing control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and controlled travel. Existing swimmers may focus on body position, breathing rhythm, timing, coordination or sustainable endurance through drills fitted to the verified pool.

If management confirms a suitable lap pool, the coach may structure short repeated distances appropriate to its actual usable length and shared occupancy. Long-distance sets, diving, racing starts, prolonged underwater work and turns should not be assumed appropriate. They require suitable current depths, sufficient clear space, individual readiness and management approval.

Approved aids must remain clear of entrances, circulation paths and emergency equipment. The coach should reduce, move, pause or end an activity whenever safe separation from other residents cannot be maintained.

SwimSafer-related practice

Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised at Fifteen Robin when the verified main pool supports them. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.

The coach can explain which foundations may be practised safely at the condo and which programme activities require another approved environment. No stage completion or certification should be promised from condo sessions alone.

Weather, safety and shared use

Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Current estate notices and staff directions override public property descriptions. Follow current rules for visitors, attire, noise, photography, equipment and poolside conduct.

Allow time for access procedures. Keep aids and belongings tidy, leave entries and deck routes clear, and avoid monopolising a lane or pool area. Resident use and immediate safety take priority over completing a planned drill.

What to include in an enquiry

Share the learner’s age, current ability, goals, preferred timing, exact occupied unit and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the identity and suitability of the main or lap pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.

Frequently asked questions

Are the lap pool and swimming pool separate?

Current 99.co material lists both labels but does not establish the present physical layout. Management must identify the water bodies and approved teaching pool.

Is the lap pool a standard length?

No reliable current dimensions are public. The usable length, width, depths and lanes must be verified before distances are planned.

Can another leisure water area be used for beginners?

No. This proposal is limited to the management-confirmed main teaching pool. Every non-main water area is excluded.

Does resident access automatically approve a coach?

No. Resident authorisation is necessary, but management must also permit the external coach, timing, teaching zone and equipment.

Is official SwimSafer certification included?

No. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification; those require a separate approved arrangement.
