Eco Sanctuary Swimming Lessons

Eco Sanctuary residents can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons at their condominium pool on Chestnut Avenue. Sessions depend on authorised access, current management rules, suitable water space, learner needs and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of Eco Sanctuary, S P Setia, the MCST, managing agent and management office. A resident should confirm visitor and paid-coaching rules before arranging a lesson.

Use the 50-metre lap pool for progressive practice

FIABCI’s award record for Eco Sanctuary identifies a 50-metre lap pool. Project material also identifies leisure, splash, jet and bubbling water around the main facilities.

Beginners should remain within a short section beside dependable recovery access. Independent swimmers may extend repeats while maintaining breathing, alignment and awareness of others.

The published length does not establish current depth, markings or uninterrupted usable distance. Inspect walls, entries, pool edges, pavilions and circulation before teaching.

Separate leisure pools from ecological water

The Splash Pool may support selected early confidence activities only after depth, fittings and recovery access are assessed. Leisure, Jet and Bubbling Pools are recreational or wellness water and should not replace a conventional lap-pool section for stroke work.

The Bio Pond, Lotus Creek, Tranquil Waters, cascading gardens and Water Gateway are ecological or landscape features. They are not swimming pools and must not be used for lessons.

Follow current signs, barriers, closures and supervision rules throughout the eco-themed grounds.

Confirm the right Chestnut Avenue tower and sky facility

Project records describe three residential towers and sky-club facilities. The resident should provide the authorised entrance, registration process, correct tower and lift, and exact lap-pool meeting point.

Public paths, surrounding parks or nature-reserve access do not grant entry to private residential facilities. Ask whether identification, resident escort, coach registration, booking or supporting documents are required.

Do not confuse tower sky-club spa facilities with the main teaching pool.

Manage a nature-edge outdoor facility safely

The green setting does not change ordinary outdoor-pool procedures. Stop for lightning alerts, unsafe weather, falling debris concerns, contamination, closures or management instructions.

Keep equipment contained, preserve deck routes and avoid directing learners near ecological water. Ask about quieter permitted periods without promising exclusivity.

Suitable lesson pathways

Children and beginners may work on safe entry, breathing, immersion, floating, rotation, assisted propulsion and edge recovery. Independent swimmers can refine freestyle breathing, backstroke alignment, breaststroke timing, turns and pacing. Adults may begin with confidence or improve efficiency.

A parent or authorised adult should remain contactable for a child. Selected SwimSafer-related foundations may be practised, but formal assessment or certification is not automatically available at Eco Sanctuary.

What to include in an enquiry

Share age, ability, goals, preferred times, resident status, approved entrance, correct tower and lift, pool meeting point and relevant safety needs. Confirm management permission and pool operation first.
