De Lente Swimming Lessons

Residents of De Lente can enquire about private or compatible small-group swimming lessons in the management-confirmed main communal swimming pool. Coaching may suit children, adult beginners and swimmers improving technique, subject to occupied-unit entitlement, resident-authorised access, management permission, safe current conditions and coach availability.

CondoSwimming.sg is independent of De Lente, its developer, MCST and managing agent. It cannot grant entry, approve an external coach or reserve pool space. Every visit requires an eligible occupied unit and resident authorisation.

Use only the verified main swimming pool

Current exact-project sources identify De Lente as a low-density freehold development at 104 Holland Road with 30 homes. Sources vary between 2002 and 2004 for completion, so that detail should not be presented as settled without an authoritative project record. A May 2026 rental transaction and current sale and rental listings support continuing residential occupation.

Exact-project sources list a communal swimming pool and a separate wading pool. Only the management-confirmed main communal swimming pool is proposed for instruction. The wading pool and every children’s, spa, jacuzzi, fun, private or decorative water area are excluded. Public sources do not establish the main pool’s dimensions, depth profile, lane markings or suitability for every teaching activity.

Management and the coach should inspect the current teaching area before any lesson. They should verify usable length and width, depth changes, safe entry and exit points, recovery edges, visibility, water condition, deck clearance and resident traffic. The physical boundary between the main pool and the wading area must also be clear. Public information does not establish lifeguard provision, quiet periods, maintenance status or present external-coaching rules.

Management should confirm the exact occupied unit, access entitlement, visitor registration, external-coach policy, permitted hours, approved teaching zone, equipment restrictions and supervision or group-size limits. No lane, area or time slot should be treated as reserved unless management has expressly approved it.

Children’s swimming lessons

Where the verified main pool safely supports the activity, beginner sessions may cover safe entry and exit, comfortable immersion, controlled exhalation, floating, rotation and a dependable return to the wall. Learners with stable foundations can practise alignment, kicking, coordinated arm actions and breathing over distances appropriate to their readiness and the pool actually available.

A parent or authorised adult resident should arrange access and handover, remain contactable and follow current supervision requirements. Share relevant medical, sensory, behavioural or earlier water-safety needs before the lesson so communication, pacing and supervision can be adapted. Progress differs between learners and should not be tied to a guaranteed timetable.

Children should not wait, play or practise in the separate wading pool or another excluded water area during a CondoSwimming.sg lesson.

Adult beginners and stroke improvement

Adult beginners may work on relaxation, breath control, balance, flotation, standing recovery and repeatable short travel. Existing swimmers may focus on body position, breathing rhythm or coordination through drills suited to the verified pool. Full-stroke lengths, diving, turns and endurance repeats should not be assumed suitable until the pool’s current dimensions, depths and traffic are checked.

Approved teaching aids must stay clear of entrances, circulation routes, the wading-pool boundary and emergency equipment. The pool remains a shared residential amenity, so the coach should reduce scope, relocate or pause whenever safe separation from other users cannot be maintained.

SwimSafer-related practice

Suitable water-safety foundations and SwimSafer-related skills may be practised at De Lente. Condo practice is not official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal participation requires separately confirmed registration, an approved venue and an authorised assessment arrangement.

Weather, safety and shared use

Lessons should stop for lightning, heavy rain, strong winds, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or management instruction. Follow current guest, attire, noise, photography and equipment rules. A coach may move, reduce, pause or end an activity whenever conditions become unsuitable.

What to include in an enquiry

Share the learner’s age, ability, objectives, preferred timing, exact occupied unit and relevant safety needs. Confirm resident-authorised access, management permission, the main communal swimming pool, current conditions and coach availability before booking.
