D-Heritage Apartments residents can enquire about private swimming lessons at the condominium swimming pool. Every session depends on an occupied unit’s facility entitlement, resident-authorised access, current management permission for an external coach, safe conditions and coach availability.
CondoSwimming.sg is independent from D-Heritage Apartments, its developer, MCST, managing agent and management office. It cannot approve entry, book the pool or change property rules.

Verify permission and small-development suitability
Current property records style the project as “D – Heritage Apartments” and identify it as a completed 19-unit development in one block at 43 Lengkong Empat. The direct record reports a 2003 TOP, current exact-project room listings, a February 2026 sale transaction and a communal swimming pool.
That evidence does not authorise commercial instruction. A resident should ask management whether an external coach is permitted, how visitor registration works, whether a booking is required, which teaching hours apply and whether equipment, group-size or supervision restrictions are in force.
This is a small development. A pool label does not prove ample teaching space, suitable depth or quiet conditions. Public sources do not reliably establish current dimensions, lane markings, standing areas or operating condition. The coach must inspect safe access, usable depth, visibility, weather, crowding and surrounding activity before teaching. No private lane, exclusive section or continuous-distance suitability is promised.
Children’s swimming lessons
A beginner may first practise calm entry, orientation, controlled breathing, supported balance and floating. When readiness and verified conditions allow, lessons can progress to kicking, propulsion, recovery to standing, coordinated strokes and safer independent movement.
One-to-one coaching can suit a nervous learner or a child who benefits from close feedback. Siblings or a small resident group may be considered when ages, confidence, abilities, goals, pace and supervision needs are compatible. Limited space or material differences may make separate sessions more appropriate.
Parents should disclose relevant medical, sensory, mobility or learning considerations in advance. Depending on the learner, management rules and the coach’s safety plan, a responsible adult may need to remain nearby. Lessons complement rather than replace active adult supervision.
Adult beginner and stroke coaching
Adults new to swimming can develop confidence through breathing control, buoyancy, stable body position and relaxed movement. Returning swimmers may work on coordination, efficiency or confidence rebuilding where the authorised pool safely supports the goal. Longer-distance practice may require another venue if the shared pool is unsuitable.
Progress depends on current ability, health, attendance, practice and conditions. CondoSwimming.sg does not guarantee a particular stroke, distance, result or number of sessions.
SwimSafer-related practice
Private lessons may support selected water-safety and swimming skills relevant to SwimSafer. They are not automatically official SwimSafer enrolment, assessment or certification. Formal arrangements remain separate, some components may require another venue, and no certificate is promised at D-Heritage Apartments.
Shared-pool safety and etiquette
Posted rules, management directions and staff instructions take priority. Teaching aids should remain controlled, access routes clear and resident use respected. Lightning, contamination, poor visibility, maintenance, unsafe crowding or another hazard requires the session to pause, change or be rescheduled.
